ANTHONY WAS AMAZINGLY HELPFUL TO THIS TECH CHALLEGED LADY. HE WAS EXTREMELY PATIENT AND EXPLAINED EVERYTINGTO ME SO I COULD UNDERSTAND. MY VISIT WAS LENGHY AS I CAME IN WITH A LONG LIST. GIOVANNI WAS BUSY WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS BUT WHEN FREE TOOK TIME TO CHAT AND JUST BE A GREAT FRUENDLY FUN PERSON. THANK YOU YOUNG MEN, YOUR AWESOME.

Giovanni was extremely helpful and got us transferred from Xfinity to Verizon with two new phones for the same price we're paying at Xfinity. He was very patient and took his time and got our accessories and explained all of our benefits. It's so much better to walk out of a store with everything set up instead of doing it yourself. Now I know I can go back if anything breaks!

Anthony and Giovanni were very helpful and patient , finding me the best deal and the phone that would fit my needs. More personal approach than in other Verizon locations. Also Laura who was assisting me another time was very helpful . I don't think I will be stopping anywhere else for future purchases or to solve any issues.
