The service at Webster bank is awful. They took advantage of the covid 19 pandemic and started charging me a 12 dollar fee for low balance even though I have a direct deposit into the account each week, but according to them my direct deposit is "not enough" ..I have been a customer with them for 20 years and this is terrible. Eventually covid 19 will be gone and I will return to work full time but I will be soon looking for a bank that doesn't cater to just the rich.

I can not renew my license now obviously if you really want to help be informed of covid19 and cash my check!!!
