They never have enough registers open. They need to more people so that customers do not have to wait in a line that stretches to the other corner of the store. This is a constant issue at this location. I suggest shopping anywhere else

Great return process for after holiday returns, very organized and not chaotic. The store layout us different than other locations I'm CT that I'm more familiar with but overall, pretty organized and clean. There were alt of associates on the floor removing holiday merchandise and they were helpful when asked a question.Check out area was well labeled for registers vs. self checkout. Overall pleasant experience.

Our granddaughter really needed to show us what LankyBox merchandise is. We sought the assistance of an employee in the toy department after we failed to locate it ourselves. She looked it up on her phone and it showed 2 Mystery Boxes in stock. She showed us where they would be but as luck would have it, they were not there. Our granddaughter wants 2 specific characters so the mystery box is not an option yet. She has gotten mystery boxes of other brands' characters and is always excited about opening them as long as she already has the characters that are important to her.I visited to grocery section to look for Good & Gather Confetti Cake oatmeal. I received a free sample of it recently and loved it! Target is the only store I know of that sells it and they had it in stock. I was very happy! I'm not normally an oatmeal eater but this stuff is too good! When we entered the store, the line was really long. Luckily for us, it was much shorter by the time we were ready to check out.TIP: The long line is for the self-checkout to only. You can walk right up to any of the cashiers that are open. It isn't the most efficient checkout experience & is the main reason I don't shop there often. They carry good quality products that I really like so I do venture in occasionally. The employees are always very pleasant and helpful, and the store is always clean & tidy.

Normal Target with a small grocery section. Not as big as the SUPER TARGETS at home but they had what I needed for our stay in the area. The staff was very helpful as I had to ask several to find items my wife had on my list. No plastic bags at checkout but a very nice reusable target bag that you can use.

So I came here to say that the shelves were empty, the lines were ridiculous, and there was only one cashier on this weekend (while several other employees were seen walking around the store, some with some lousy attitudes), but based on the previous 10 reviews of this store, this is normal!

Don't get me wrong I love target as much as the next girl, but this target is so poorly managed. Since the pandemic every time I come in here the line has been into the beauty section. I tried picking up an order but there was only one woman working the returns, exchanges, and pick up so the line was halfway down the aisle. When I tried to do drive by pick up I waited for 20 minutes and didn't see a single person get their order. This was in no way easy or efficient. I'm just trying to figure out how such a large company could be so dysfunctional

Maria the new store manager was very pleasant and helpful in resolving a price issue on an item my wife and I had purchased. She turned the situation into a positive outcome. We will be back to shop at this location and we wish Maria well in her new role.

This Target has a decent selection and dedicated employees, but the floor never seems quite clean enough, in the main store, bathrooms, and even the attached Starbucks. Meanwhile, the mens section often has clothes on the floor and unfolded on shelves. While I would still recommend shopping here in the middle of a pandemic more in-depth cleaning would be appreciated.

Had a cart full of stuff, the girl rang it up and left it on the counter. I thought she would bag it after she was done ringing it up or ask if I wanted to purchase a bag. Nope. Handed me my receipt and just looked at me. I asked if there were bags, and she said no even though there were paper bags in sight. Had to put all my loose things back into my cart. Very confused.

Their service desk has some major major issues, people just stare at you for 20 minutes, then she picks the phone up and ignores the 10+ people line in order to chat with someone who might be looking for a job. Pretty deliberate poor attitude. The person behind said we are present people who should be assisted first. I agree. There is one guy there, that deserves a raise who ALWAYS has a great positive attitude who is helping me multiple times within the same trip! Cheers to the 1 good assisting/helping/working employee!

Just spent 20 minutes in line to check out at Target. One staffed register and self service checkouts open. Seems like they could do better. Plenty of staff around stocking shelves etc. This seems like taking advantage of the pandemic as an excuse so people won't complain

I live across the country and ordered my friend an in-store pick up for a zoom party we are having later today. The order was placed less than 24 hours ago and I got the confirmation it was ready and sent over the email and barcode - I also confirmed her name was the pick-up name. She went into the Target today (12/11/2020, approx. 11-11:30am) and was greeted rather rudely and told the order was cancelled and put back on the shelf. After trying to explain there must be a mistake since it had been less than 24 hours she was "shoo-ed" away by the employee who had a nasty attitude. I then called the store and gave the order number and got the confirmation the order is indeed still there and there is sometimes a "glitch" in the system. I asked for the order to be held in a safe space since my friend was about to walk in the store as they had waited in the parking lot. Once back at order pick-up, she was told it wasn't there AGAIN and then needed three employees to find where it was put and had to wait 10-15 minutes again for them to find it. I'm rather disappointed in the poor quality and lack of attempt to remedy the situation. It's very hard to mail things during this time since everything has been delayed/lost and now I'm finding I can even place a pick-up order without similar issues.

Really disappointed in my last experience here. It's a beautiful target and well kept. However, when I went to check out the store associate that was supposed to be helping me kinda just very clearly didn't give a s**** She didn't really say anything to me, she asks me if I needed any bags (I had like 4 worth of product so I said yes thank you that would be great) she throws them on the counter and walked away and told her co worker she was going on break. I contacted the store through the app where someone responded by email to speak to me further on the experience but I never got a call or voicemail. If you have another target close i recommend doing what you can to avoid this one if you get bothered with being treated like you're inconveniencing people that are there to "help" you. It was uncomfortable. I've worked in customer service for years including retail, and that just didn't sit right with me.

I've never come to this store and had to wait anything LESS than 15-20 minutes in line. This Target is not busier than any of the other ones that I've gone to but for some reason there's always a huge line at the checkout with a dictator like employee directing people. They don't have a separate line for the self check out so everybody has to go in one long line that literally goes all the way down past the card section. Won't be back.
