Very rude , unfriendly staff I don't know the name of the associate her number is 104907 she was real rude and so unhelpful will not be going here again . I hope they train or atleast hire people who will be actually caring for customers....rather than shooing them away with their disappointing attitude.

I met with such nice service while shopping at the Sketchers outlet in Manchester! Very knowledgeable and helpful! Went out of there way to be kind and to help me!Thank you Kaleeq and Karma! I love the Sketchers brand! I will be back for more shoes!

Slow- long lines- my mom needed to sit down she’s weak and on oxygen- not enough seating available especially for the elderly. Not satisfied FYI 12 ppl in line now.Just one person opinion- and I won’t be back!..
