The store manager constantly walks around complaining about customers so loudly it’s impossible to not hear him. If you hate your job so much maybe quit.

As already you can see few negative reviews regarding customer service, I want to add more to it with today’s pathetic experience. I bought 2 pair of sneakers worth 100 bucks and tried many other pairs before finalising those 2 (never got any assistance from the stuffs even after asking for multiple times). However, Almost kept every pairs at the same place - from where it was taken (in the racks). Only few were left in the ground in a decent manner (that too because one guy called Jason started screaming 15 mins, 10 mins like that - as the shop was supposed to close at 7). Surprisingly after making the payment, the very same guy, approached very rudely by asking - why the few boxes were kept on ground. After explaining the whole thing, he couldn’t justify anything further. But it was simply a pathetic behaviour. Never experienced the same in any other shoe shops (Same day we visited Macys & Finishline too). They should first learn about customer handling before running the business. Would’ve given 0 star, if that option was there!If you want to get a feel of catastrophic customer service, go for it.& yes the store manager overheard everything but was too numb to react. Probably it is the same culture followed by all of them. Disgraceful.

Some prices are ok but they do try to play you with sales. They had buy one get one half off and told me because I was buying a man sneaker vs kid sneaker it did not suffice? What? Bogus as heck! Man size 9 and 7? My son is 12! That was not a difference.

My husband asked the guys at the counter to help us, per my request. I wanted to have my son's foot measured. He is 1 year old, and I was looking for his first pair of shoes to walk in. One man told the other to show us where the toddler shoes are. He asked if we needed anything else, and I said, "Yeah, I want the thing to measure my son's foot." The salesman went back and grabbed it, then handed it to us, and walked away. That was the first time anyone had ever did that to me in a shoe store. Normally, a salesperson would ask if I want help measuring or not. When I said that to my husband, the salesman overheard me and said, "There's the mat" as he walked away. My husband rushed me to pick a pair shoes for our son. I didn't feel right about the service, so we left. We spent our money in Journeys Kids. It didn't help that the store manager was in an adjacent aisle, and I'm sure he overheard everything. The manager did not jump in or say anything.

Incredible experience! My first time shopping here and the girls were so incredibly helpful, especially the manager; I went in for one product but turned out it wasn’t what I needed and she recommended a boot that worked perfectly for what I needed, can’t say enough about the ladies working there, thank you!
