Just came out of this branch from cashing a tax refund check and was treated as though I was not a valued customer of Key Bank, and instead as though I didn't belong there. Ashley is by far the worst teller I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. She acted as though she didn't want to deal with me, asked for my occupation??, did not ask me where I wanted my money deposited, didn't ask me to swipe my debit card to bring up my accounts- and as if she didn't want to touch me or my ID. If she didn't absolutely have to speak with me, she wouldn't have. I will never come back to this branch, and will be telling everyone who has an account with KeyBank, to avoid this particular location. I see why it's ratings are so low.

How is this bank still open? I know why - they charge $ 20 if you need to borrow a pen to sign your check. And you don't get to keep the pen either.... I dont like this bank at all since it charged me $7 for a $20 check. And large checks that are written out literally take a week or more to clear. My bank has never taken more then 2 days to clear any check even large ones so this bank has literally made my life a living hell for over a week because I couldn't access any of my funds and didn't have any money except that check to rely on. By the time it cashed I didn't even need it anymore. Would have been nice to have the money throughout the week.

This Key Bank has been discriminatory since the day I opened my account back in 2019-2020. I went in to have the phone number changed on my account so that I could access my online banking and the young blonde teller girl was very snobby and rude to me. I was clearly judged by her and dismissed by the two older women tellers. She also pretended to enter the new number that I gave her and when I arrived home and tried to access the online banking, the number was not changed. Also, the only working personal banker refused to help me due to the banks closing hours even though he had taken an older white male who did not have an appointment before me, yet I was unworthy of being attended. The camera shows that I arrived at the bank during business hours and shortly after the older white man. I'm not one to throw out accusations of discrimination especially online. However, this has been an issue for several years along with the Key Bank on Main Street in Manchester. If I can be represented legally, I will go that route and have the money awarded to a charity as this is about the principle and not the money. It is not right that just because of my appearance and lack of adequate funds in this account that I be SHAMED in front of people. Lastly the only name that I was given as a point of contact was for the VP Branch Manager Douglas Vieira as none of the other employee provided me with their names or cards. You have a very loyal team working for you Mr. Vieira as giving up your point of contact was more convenient for them. You may want to teach your team the meaning of integrity and loyalty as it is lacking here and seem to be present for only the "HAVES." I can't imagine being traumatized with the fact that the words integrity and loyalty do not exist in banks due to my experience with this branch of Key Bank. I've filed a grievance with proper authorities, and this will be addressed. As soon as I get things in order, I will be closing this account. It affects my health by giving me anxiety and this should not be.

If I could rate this bank a 0 I would. The worst customer service I've ever experienced at any bank . Waiting 20 mins in a lobby before anyone asked if I need help. everytime I call the answer the phone as if it's there personal number and they can never seem to help with any of my issues. They simply tell you to call customers service. Your better off sticking your savings under your pillow than banking with them .

Went to the branch on west middle tpk manchester . Data in drive threw line behind 20 cars. Not moving. Went around to go home guard said drive threw will not open for 30 more min . This was 12 noon. Why? .its bad enough the bank is closed. Now the drive threw?

I will never use key bank just based off there customer service and they way they spoke to me when I said I had an unemployment card. There tone went from somewhat wanting to help to not wanting anything to do with me

This bank is awful. I don't bank with them by choice, they purchased my loan from First Niagra Bank and since then have made it a living hell to service my account. It's been years and I just finally coerced my own account number out of them. Despite auto charging nearly 400 a month they would not provide me with the information. Not to mention their Call center is inexperienced. Contradicting themselves multiple times withing a ten minute conversation. I can promise you one thing: Bank with Key and you'll want to rip your hair out.

Horrible!!! Always a line so do not go if you are in a rush. There is always a new teller, which can only mean high-turnover. The guy at the drive-thru is SO rude!! He does not say "Hi" or ANYTHING, just silently slides the drawer open and looks at you. A simple greeting or acknowledgement of your existence would suffice!!
