My family and I walked into the Portrait area without an appointment (we didn’t realize we needed one), Malakai was very generous and squeezed us in before the next appointment which was in about 30 minutes. We only wanted to take a few photos and he was a great help getting my infant brother to smile in the photos! The next appointment never ended up showing, and Cristian was a big help during checkout as well. We were looking for a place to take our family photos last minute and these boys didn’t disappoint. Very grateful and very satisfied with our experience! Malakai and Cristian seem to enjoy their job, which made our experience that much better.

Not the JCPenny you might have known from years ago... But still quality goods at relative prices (given you can find a sale.) Not a lot of staff so good luck finding help or an open checkout register. A lot of messy racks/shelves. Some dirt and grime for sure amongst the travelled areas... But otherwise it'll do the job.And to make matters worse, when they respond to you they don't use your correct name ?
