Waited in line for about 10 minutes. Finally, an employee came from the back and saw that a couple of us just had items to check in and showed us how to do it. Can't believe it took an employee from the back room to help us and not the 3 at the counters. Now that I know how to click in my packages, I will continue to stop here more often.

Very pleased with the prompt & capable service I received here today 06/12/2023. I am a former UPS employee and stock owner. I usually go to UPS stores (for those reasons) but this FedEx store was really impressive! The staff was quick and knowledgeable, they asked the right questions about the printing and delivered! QSL cards for amateur radio are an odd size and as an amateur photographer I use my own art work and am picky about the results since they have my callsign and name on them. KC1OCA Another big plus about this store is that it is right off the highway. Kudo's to selecting this location to open a store!

Rates are far too high. $34 to ship a small box that weighs less than 2 lbs?! It is ridiculous. Save yourself some money. Go elsewhere. Not worth using fed ex.

I filed a complaint on a driver this afternoon we noon. Monte was very professional. I mentioned at the end of conversation, that I fully expected my complaint to be dismissed. Monte was EXCEPTIONAL.My complaint was regarding a driver that lied about and swore at me (F-U) because I showed my handicap placard via my windshield, with intent to use the space he CLEARLY was BACKING into. There was a witness that also, this was confirmed in what I stated in my formal complaint to FedEx.Sorry, you're in customer service... admit you were wrong and apologize to a disabled senior citizen you DO NOT swear.I hope NEVER to encounter another FedEx/other driver with such an attitude. There's always another shipping company.

I've just sent several emails to some fed ex corporate employees as well as filed a formal complaint with FEDEXs complaint department with a very understanding operator who will be forwarding my lengthy complaint about the employee SABRINA to the stores manager. While standing there with 3 people this employee failed to acknowledge, I made the mistake of asking Sabrina to reach 2 inches in front of her to please hand Me a business card with the printer email address on it for self service. Without even looking at me she said "first of all , we gotta put money on it so....." then rolled her eyes and then disregarded my presence again. It was so rude that the customer who was in line (yes Sabrina had a line of one ) offered me her spot to which I responded "no dear its OK, i am now writing am email, review, and making a phone call about Sabrina." The moral: She was so rude and aggressive in her communication style (I'm a counselor and thats my clinical jargon) that I am now driving 12 miles to the next Kinkos, instead of the one 1 mile from my home . She should be at burger King. That's as much as I will say.

Will give negative or zero if I could.went there to return a package 9/10 @1240 the lady at the counter ignored me and beckoned a Caucasian male who was behind to come and be served, the Caucasian man told her I was ahead of him and I shd be served first. This employee who is also a minority not an AAbut another minority got angry because she had to serve me. She deliberately gave me the wrong email address 2 x and watched me struggle over 10 minutes then she walked off to the back office and left me at the counter, then another naive attendant came accusing me of typing the wrong email address at that point I suggested to him what I'm suggesting to the owner of this franchise to watch videos of this encounter because it's only a matter of time for this obvious gross disrespect of African Americans to catch up with them. You need to teach them basic ethics and the need to respect all. I looked at her and laughed in anger because she is that last person You would expect to discriminate

I usually bring packages here everyday for work but new employees have started refusing to accept packages that are shipped in shoe boxes. This location has accepted packaged shoe boxes for at least a year now but apparently they are not able to any longer. I found I am still able to go to other locations to get work done I would just avoid this particular one.
