I've brought my cats here for about ten years, and and I can't recommend them enough. Dr. Miller and staff (I'm most familiar with Summer, who is wonderful, and everyone we've seen there over the years was great) have always been so kind and compassionate.
Many years ago I had some not great experiences at a different vet with my first cat, but I just thought that was normal and kept taking her to the same place her whole life. When Longfellow came into my life and we started going to CT Feline, the difference in care and service was incredible. Dr. Miller noticed that when his previous owners had him declawed, it left bone shards in his toes that were causing him pain. The operation to remove them was such a relief--you could tell it really improved his quality of life. Evie joined the family later, and everyone at CT Feline has been great at dealing with Evie and Longfellow's very pronounced personalities. As devastating as it was losing Longfellow to cancer, it was comforting knowing he was in such good hands. Evie and I are moving too far away to keep coming to CT Feline, but I hope we're lucky enough to find another place like this!

Just called to inquire about checking for microchip and I was told they are not taking any new clients now and have a 6 month waiting list... today is 4/2/24.. I wish they had posted it somewhere on line for all to see...

This is hands down the best veterinary office around, Dr. Miller and her staff are so kind and compassionate and provide individualized care that has never made me feel like my cat and I are just another number. I know when I bring my cat in that she is loved just like she is at home, and I would recommend anyone bring their cat here. Thank you CT Feline!

Dr. Miller and her staff are so caring and dedicated. Dr. Miller worked relentlessly to help treat our cat for months as she battled cancer, even accommodating emergency appointments. When we unfortunately had to say goodbye, even the administrative staff came in to say goodbye to our girl because they also loved her so much. Dr. Miller and her team have also helped to keep one of our other family cats well and shes about to be 20!

We love Dr Miller is so kind and loves cats. Our two beautiful babies she takes such good care of. My oldest cat of 13 she saved the life of years ago and I will forever be grateful.

If I could write a novel, I would. Dr. Miller and her team are so knowledgeable, caring, and just truly genuine people. I never felt like a number there, my girl was just as important to them as she was to me. I brought my kitty to CT Feline for checkups and routine visits starting when she was about 9 and they saw her up until she passed at 15. Although loosing a pet is the worst experience, they made me feel so cared about and walked me through the process every step of the way when she was sick.I watched her team stay after hours and contact me late at night just to make sure I was well informed and my girl was well taken care of.I can not speak highly enough of this group, if you have the chance to have your kitties taken care of here, you will not regret it. Amazing people who love kitties just as much as me. ❤️

As a devoted cat owner with a brood of feline companions, I’ve had my share of vet experiences, but CT Feline Medicine and Surgery stands head and shoulders above the rest.Dr. Miller is a true standout in her field. Her intelligence and expertise in all things feline are simply unmatched. I’ve never encountered a veterinarian who knows more about cats, their health, and their unique needs. Her dedication to her feline patients is evident in every interaction, and I have complete confidence in her care.What makes this place even more remarkable is the outstanding staff. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and kindness. Everyone, including vet tech Summer, goes above and beyond to ensure your cat receives the best care possible. They treat your feline family members like their own.There’s one particular instance that truly exemplifies the exceptional care here. When my cat, who has heart failure, needed a chest tap, I called the office wondering whether this was something they could do or if I’d need to go to his cardiologist, which is quite a distance away. The receptionist informed me that ordinary it shouldn’t be a problem, but unfortunately Dr. Miller was out sick that day. What happened next left me in awe. Within minutes, I received a phone call from a number I didn’t recognize. To my surprise, it was Dr. Miller herself calling - even though she was under the weather - just to make sure I was able to find a way to get my cat the necessary care. I couldn’t imagine any previous vet I’ve been to going above and beyond for my animals like this.Dr. Miller’s genuine love for cats and her selfless dedication to their well-being set this practice apart. It’s clear that their focus isn’t just on profit but on providing the best possible care for feline companions. Trust is everything when it comes to our pets, and I trust Dr. Miller implicitly with the health and happiness of my cats. Tuto was having problems with his balance, overgrooming, frequent ear infections and allergies. Since Dr. Miller started to provide treatment to Tuto most of his issues has been clear up. She is an excellent veterinarian; she is very patient and caring when treating her furry clients.

I brought my sweet Noodle to see Dr Miller because of litter box problems. We had seen our regular vet but never really got to the core of what was going on. Dr Millers staff were so kind upon entering, we really loved that it was cats only, and our vet tech and Dr Miller were incredibly patient and understanding. They answered all of our questions with a fine toothed comb, and together we’ve created a treatment plan for Noodle. Dr Miller was honest without judgment and incredibly humble, our appointment was not rushed, and she even did a fecal smear on the spot so we could have answers. Her care was so much more reassuring and we finally feel like we’re taking steps forward to making Noodle comfortable again. We are looking forward to seeing Dr Miller more, hopefully with healthier and happier kitties thanks to her :)

I've had some really bad vet experiences in the past and Connecticut feline has made me not afraid of the vet anymore! They have a new location, so please note that. The hours are a little hard to make work sometimes but they follow up in phone and email so that's helpful.
