We visited thanksgiving weekend, and based on the other reviews (though there are few) we were expecting a personable experience. When we arrived, the man working did not show us which trees were which and didn’t initiate service of any kind unless asked. We asked to borrow a saw, which he “thought he might have some in the barn” and then once the tree was cut we tried to shake it out on or own. Then we asked to have it baled, which he hesitantly obliged. Then I asked for some rope, which he gave us a bit and I (a young adult female) tied the tree myself to the car while he stood and watched. The trees themselves are tall, but growing unkept, with grasses and vines growing in them. They are also unshaped. At my city apartment, we had to pull out vines and straw, trim the branches, and today we discovered the tree is infested with aphids that must have hatched once brought into the warm home. Hence, I am writing this review to ask this business to take care of their trees since they are letting who knows what into people’s homes and to let customers know to take caution.

My second time coming to this tree farm and it's the absolute BEST place to get your tree in CT!!! Came here on Thursday to pick up a tree and the man was so nice! Showed me and my mom all the different types of trees, cut down a beautiful Douglas Fir fresh for us, trimmed it, wrapped it and tied it to our vehicle all free of charge! Excellent customer service and where I will be going to get my trees year after year!

They have a great selection of trees on an easily accessible lot. The lot is divided by tree variety, so it makes it easier to find what your looking for and you don't have to tromp all over to find a nicely shaped tree. The price is reasonable too, considering the quality of the trees.
