12/9/23 @ 6:25pm:Had to return a few items today due to needing upgraded devices. Sam and Edwin were absolutely fantastic! They both went above and beyond friendly, helpful, patient, and professional. Honestly, after the great experience tonight, this restored my outlook with shopping and dealing with people. I needed a new computer system. ? large monitor, tower, keyboard, the works.Very knowledgeable and helpful staff ? helped me through the process to build the right system ?. Their Geek squad will set it all up and support me in getting it going, as I have not owned a computer in many years?

Tired of Best Buy employees pushing Sony tv/home theater products. Every time I ask their thoughts on another brand, they very quickly bring the conversation back to ‘Sony is better’. I’m not buying stuff from people that act that no other brand is worth considering and who can’t give me reasonable pros and cons of a few options. In this case Sony vs Denon vs Yamaha home theater receivers that, on paper, were similar in price and specs.

The store is always neat. But even though you see a tun of employees, it's really hard to get someone's help, or they will just point you in a direction, leaving a lot of room to get lost.

It’s the second time in less than 30 days that I’ve set foot inside this store. Both times, no one greeted or offered service after 15 minutes of standing in front of a flagship item. Today when I finally got ahold of someone they had no clue of launch day promos. Another employee jumped in and gave me false information about the item and promotion I was seeking. It’s bad in there.

Great to have a place to pick stuff up in person when you need it but pricing on things are just not realistic for post Amazon world. $60 standard phone cases is just ridiculous.

I have a Best Buy credit card and I pay yearly for the protection plan. With that plan ALL electronics I buy from Best Buy are covered and I get to pay installments on a payment plan for all my devices, and Best Buy still matches any price that's lower than theirs. So for me they literally live up to their name.

The service SUCKS!!!!! Asked 2 times for help with appliances, WAITED OVER 25 MINUTES NOBODY CAME… associates stuck together, chitchatting with themselves they could care less about the customers. You’re better off going to a secondhand store, buying a fridge, stay away!!!!!!

Big mistake going to Geek Squad -- made tech consuting appt and arrived on time -- but an amazingly arriogant and rude woman asked me the problem -- I told her my Chromebook was not reading PDF documents all of a sudden -- So she looked at me me and said I made the wrong appt -- that I should have scheduled a training session -- where they would 'try' to teach me how to operate my device. I said I I know know how to operate it -- and she said " if you did - you would know why the PDF isn't working" -- So I needed to make a 'different' 30 min appt. -- and there's NO guarantee on my learning how to use it. Because they would have to start at 'the beginning' -- I asked for the manager and she said he was 'unavailable' -- and I needed to make a new appt OR Leave -- this 'person' is incrediblt BAD for their business -- Don't ever make an appt at Geek Squad, at Best Buy Manchester, CT -- you will walk out angrier than you thought possibleThis woman SPECIALIZES in 'customer-insulting' technique --.

Edwin at the Manchester store gave such a great service, he was friendly and fast! I was in and out in 10 mins with a laptop purchase! Really good cuz the store was closing in 15 min!

Pretty good, was kinda hard to find someone to help us with security system, someone definitely helped us in the printer section, they had some awesome deals on printer so we ended up buying one of those and blink cameras!!
