Clothing is horribly displayed. It's like shopping at Marshall's. But my bigger issue is they do not acknowledge you when you walk in. This occasion was not the first. The staff congregate at the desk. Sadly I believe today that one of the staff was the owner/manager. No, welcome or how can I help. I like to support my town, but won't be back here.

Within 5 minutes of saying what i needed, Chris the owner, found me perfect options for a Mother of the Bride dress. They have a wide selection of both formal and non formal clothing. A big thank you also to Chris for contacting a local restaurant and making dinner reservations for my husband and me when she found out it was our anniversary. She goes way beyond in service!

I was visiting Madison and went into this store for jeans, the staff didn't assist me at all when I asked for a fitting room she looked at me like I didn't fit in, never asked me if I needed anything I really didn't think I fit in they seem to have a type they cater to not sure why

Every time I make a purchase from The Dressing Room it’s always a pleasurable experience. The ladies there make it such an easy effortless shopping experience and I come away very happy with the items I’ve purchased as well great recommends for tailoring, under garments etc.I will definitely make them the first store I visit when I need or just want something new.

excellent selection with that small town feel of comfort and like you've been shopping there for years. Treated like a regular. Sales person went over and above to help with packaging for xmas. I was very appreciative and certainly will return to shop for the wife in the future. Thanx again for all your help.

This store has very helpful staff. Their products are stylish and unique. The merchandise is nicely displayed. I found it to be out of my price range. But it was a nice shopping treat.

Attentive customer service that never feels intrusive. Astoundingly well-curated collection of beautiful and wearable clothes. Prices are very reasonable and the sale! OMG! I suppose that it is a good thing that the store isn't closer to my home: I would definitely give in to temptation on a regular basis.
