“I've seen a bunch of negative reviews, but whoever was there they must have gotten rid of, last time I called I spoke with a very kind man, who was very helpful. He located and mail, and was able to have it sent to the actual Norwich post office for me to pick up personally as I was having 'issues' with my mailbox at the time.Thank you dude! :)”
“I have a mailbox but they leave packages on the side of the building where ive had more than a couple things stolen. I used to get tickets to go pick them up at the post office but now the just leave them on the sidewalk”

Consistent customer service from this Post Office is why I prefer going here among all other ones. Not sure what the bad reviews are about, but to each their own. These guys have never let us down.
