I drove from the shoreline up to buy furniture. I ordered it before Christmas and they said it would be ready in February. I didn’t get it until mid-March and had to pay for delivery. They said it would be delivered on Saturday between 1-3 pm. They didn’t show up until 3:45 and not even a call to let me know. My weekends are valuable and I had to cancel plans because they were late. I called Monday requesting the reimbursement of the delivery fee and Jerry refused and was not even a little bit apologetic. He made excuses and implied that I was wrong to expect them to come at the agreed upon time. He was so rude. When they delivered, they did not provide an operators manual for the power recliner or info on the I Clean warranty. I had to request that they be sent to me. Ridiculous. Don’t do business here if you value your time!

Bill's has always had something in the price range I'm looking for, whether it's a higher end product, or more affordable, they always have a good selection and friendly service.

I had high hopes for this place and made a special trip from Waterford to Danielson to shop for furniture. The initial trip to pick out a couch and recliner was good and I ordered my furniture the day before Christmas and they estimated that it wouldn't come in until February. It was a long time but I could wait. I called in February after I hadn't hear from the store and it still wasn't in. It didn't come in until mid-March, which is not in February. I arranged for delivery and I was told that it would be delivered between 1-3 on Saturday. They did not deliver my furniture until 3:45 pm. When I called to pay for the balance on the couch, I told Jerry that my time was also expensive and I did not want to pay the 75 dollar delivery fee because the furniture was not delivered during the time they indicated it would be. He refused and made excuses that it was a long trip to my home, they had other deliveries and they had to load the truck. If they could not make it to my house in that time frame, they should not have told me that it would be delivered then! My time is also valuable and because they were so late, it prevented me from doing something that I needed to get done. Jerry was rude and unapologetic for their lack of efficiency. I have learned my lesson and will not shop there again! I do not recommend this place and wish I had shopped somewhere else.

A great place to go if you are starting out in a new home or just want to upgrade. The owners are very honest and hard working people and are even volunteer firefighters and EMT. The quality and prices are unbeatable.

We feel very satisfied with our purchase of new living room furniture in the past week, we 1st bought a recliner this week we went back to purchase a sofa & loveseat. The prices are very reasonable in todays market. The sales people are very helpful & friendly & the best part is they do not try to pressure you into a sale, which we like also. I Gladly recommend Bill's to anyone looking for furniture ?

Best chair that I ever purchased. I tried discounted furniture places before, they are not worth it. I got my delivery in 2 days not 2 weeks. Bill's was very easy to work with.

I have bought a couch, two stools, a mattress and a power recliner. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and will work with you, answering all your questions. Prices are very reasonable and quality is top notch.
