Every time I buy something I learn to open the item at the desk, they always give you the wrong part, even by giving the correct year make and model but still don't know why I get the incorrect one, tomorrow 3/13/23 will have to go back for the right part or go elsewhere and get it no big deal.

I was sold the wrong headlight bulb by the employee in the Manchester store location, and I wasn’t planning to drive back up there any time soon. So I when to another location in the south end of Hartford and was quickly turned away, the employees said that returns are store specific and I would have to go back to Manchester. Seems like a pretty archaic system. Napa as a brand can take your money as a national chain, but returns are dealt with store specific.
