Oh Lia Hyundai. What can I say. They are only helpful while trying to get money out of you to purchase a vehicle. Once purchased, you are kicked to the curb. Lia, you can do better.Raj Kumar - salesperson needs to figure out how to access his email that he full well responded to BEFORE I purchased the vehicle, but not afterwards. And also, to keep his word when he says he will get an answer and get back to me. I found out the answer from Dane in Service but I am displeased with Lia's policy that they won't do map updates for customers AT ALL. You all should re-thing this policy to be more "customer SERVICE" oriented. I, for one, would appreciate it.

Let me tell you one thing...it's never fun for me to go car shopping and buying. However, my salesman, Sewell Minto and I spoke over the phone first before he said to just come down. I was at first reluctant but decided to go in. Mr. Minto was super polite, and knowledgeable. He truly made this car buying experience worth my time and worry free! I'm giving him 5 stars because I was impressed with his patience. That's a true virtue! Sewell keep doing what you're doing! :)#peaceandhappiness

I have purchased 2 vehicles at this location. My most recent is a $60k suv and service department is absolutely horrible! You call and they are not helpful they tell you they are "booked" to call back. They don't answer your questions, I left multiple voicemails due to an issue with my very expensive car and they do not return the call. They also used the incorrect oil in my car. For my next upgrade I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is a dealership. There are NO dealerships that aren't out to suck you dry. They rely on their customers being complete morons who have no clue how a car runs. Unfortunately, that is many. QUESTION everything. ESPECIALLY if you are naive enough to bring the vehicle in for service. ONLY bring your car there if it is still under warranty, otherwise, find a reputable independent mechanic.

Ever since I purchased my Vera Cruz in 2012, I have been a fan of Lia Hyundai's service to the degree that I just traded it in for a new Tucson. For that transaction I worked with a great salesperson name Sewel.

Today I arrived for a recall service that had been scheduled weeks ago I was checked in and went to speak to a sales person about purchasing a new Hyundai then the service attendant came over and asked me if I was told that the part for the recall had been ordered. Which it had because they called me to inform me that after months of waiting they had received the part and were ready to replace it but they needed 2 to 3 hours to work on the recall and had incorrectly scheduled me. No apology, just asked if "I could get a ride home and get the car tomorrow, which was not an option as I need the car for a business trip. They acted as if it was no big deal and didn't even care!!! Horrible customer service and even though I was going to by my next car from them...that will not be happening!

Sales department is total trash all the way around. They will say whatever to get you into a car, even telling untruthful information. If you have any issue after buying the car, they could care less. The people working there act as if you're bothering them and they don't want to be there. Service dept however, is much better!The manager is great and goes above and beyond! Do not buy a car here you'll regret it!

I would just like to personally thank Anthony (Tony) for all his help and patience. He was so nice and I know he had to stay extra long to help me finalize my purchase. You were great!!! Everyone else there was fantastic also! Great group of people that go out of their way to help and get you what you need.

The sales associate Yolanda is very inconsistent. Sold the car I wanted the day before I came and wouldn’t have told me beforehand unless I did some research myself finding out the car was taken off the website. Lowballed my 2011 Sonata in fair condition for only $2,000. Said she would mail my front plate seeing as I live about 30 minutes from the dealership. Delayed the mailing then called me a week later asking to pick it up because they couldn’t mail it. Do better.

I've bought 2 vehicles from here. I trust them...they don't gouge you with unfair prices..have a problem? Call and they will help you. They will not take advantage of people who know little about the mechanisms of vehicles. They are always polite and I believe their vehicles are fairly priced.
