Still the same awesome place it was over 30 years ago. I purchased my first stereo system from their retail store on New Park Avenue in West Hartford back in 1992. Just this week I sent a really high-end JBL amplifier to the repair shop because it had a channel out and they saved my baby! Super fast turnaround and reasonable pricing!!

Highly recommend. When my radio stopped working on my subaru, the Subaru dealership inspected it and recommended me to change the whole radio for > $2k. Took it to Jodi's and Anthony figured out that the problem was with amplifier and was able to fix it at $500.

I have an older pioneer that goes along with a completely custom stereo in my vehicle. NO major or minor companies, including Crutchfield even sold parts for, or the unit. I'm in NJ and after searching for weeks came upon JO Dis in Connecticut. I mailed the unit to them. They resolved all issues with the unit and saved me hundreds!!!! They are knowledgeable and very reliable!!

Super unprofessional I went in as soon as they open it was super slow nothing going on and the guy won't even bother to come outside and look at the work just kept telling me there was nothing he could do based off of me saying that the screw may or may not fit not sure if it was my skin color or the fact that they would have made much money off of me but business is business someone comes into your place asking the question you can't even answer or bother to take the time to see what the issue is

Volume control on my BMW radio was faulty they fixed it -works great now. It was timely, I brought the car there and they did it in the morning.

did what they were supposed to do. had them install an aftermarket radio which i've purchased elsewhere. they just charged me for the labor and didn't try to upsell me anything. the guy who installed my stereo did a very awesome job installing the unit and mounting the bluetooth mic on a very non intrusive, and inconspicuous space. i haven't even instructed him to do so but he did it and that was a real plus. i recommend this place.

My radio had a problem and when I called to ask if they could fix it they tried to upsell me to a whole new stereo system. Apparently getting a stuck CD out is too hard.

My CD player and cassette deck were totally jammed and broken. With an older auto (2002), should I repair them? I took it over, talked with Alvaro, he said they could fix if parts were available. They were. So much was replaced in both then cleaned and fine tuned. Both work perfectly now. I am so pleased, also have a one year warranty on parts & labor. Alvaro delivered on time as promised. James
