I have always been treated by friendly and professional staff. The teller at the drive through window the inside tellers, receptionist and the security guard, I have never had a negative experience.

I don't know if Ruth was having a bad day today but she was condescending to me. I learned from her that Hartford Federal does not do transfers between bank accounts. She also kept lecturing me to listen to her more. I am asking her to help me and not to lecture me. I would not recommend Harford Federal to friends and family.
