Worst experience ever! They charging me $900 to read me codes my dash and my scanner can read me. They want me to change filter housing they already changed and it never fixed a problem. Very incompetent! William filling in for other managers won’t even listen. They had a truck for 3 days to read me codes. Promised to call in the morning to let me know how they will handle warranty issue and instead charged me over their posted Diognastic rate for their failure. Been buying parts and fixing trucks there until William filled in.((( Following up, what Diognastic? OEM filters fixed all problems. Your mechanic made up all these Diognastic, was cheaper to change filters))) Just random list of parts with out looking into history it was already changed.

Dropped of 7am Friday for Diagnostics, picked up a truck on Tuesday to learn they can read codes for a grand. ??♂️ Even if you have to tow avoid an all cost!

Never answer the phone could be calling for hours. Leave a message they never respond. When someone finally does answer a phone they’re either rude or not the person you were calling
