The service was great. They helped me save money. And they set up my phone where? I can not watch movies and get my Music. Which is very important to me period I strongly recommend this location.!

So disappointed in my experience here. Was looking for a phone with NFC capability, and the salesperson said that a specific phone had it. The phone she gave me turned out not to have this feature, but I ended up having to pay over $50 to exchange the phone the next day, even though I was provided incorrect information. ($25 return fee plus they wouldn't refund either case or screen protector, so I had to buy new ones)Additionally, the salesperson asked me to help other customers set up their new phones while I was in the store. I'm happy to help, but the salespeople at this branch seem very poorly trained if they are providing incorrect information and are not even able to set up new Android devices.UPDATE: I reached out to the customer support team and will be receiving a refund for these charges. Thank you to the customer service personnel on the national team! Avoid Hartford, go to a different Cricket branch to avoid this hassle.

HORRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. No one helps you. I’m the store they are clueless and over the phone it’s just as worst. Paid my phone bill may 24th. By may 29th I had no data by June 1st no text where coming through and I barely could make phone calls without calls being dropped. I was told a cell tower was down. On the may 30th. And I would be fixed that day. It is now June 10th. I have no data, and can’t receive text. No one is helping. Or has help. Went in the store they charged me $10 to change my sims card. And still no data. Then told me I had an defected iPhone (which I brought from cricket) and I needed to go to apple. Went to apple they told me my phone was in great condition and everything was up to date. And it was just my phone company. Went back to cricket store. They told me it’s nothing they can do in store and that I needed to call cricket customer service. I called in the store. The store associate Spoke with customer service representative and got nowhere. They wiped my phone. Still no data and text. I went almost 2 weeks with data and text. Thanks cricket ?

Had to get away from t mobile, went here got new phone and when transferred apps it disabled them was locked out of cc apts and am still locked out of 1 but worse of all I was spending $100 a month for 18 months on golf rival so this phone cost me $1.800+ I can't believe they did that to me, she was using wi fi and should have plugged in phone so I would not lose everything, all my pictures are now downloads, and pictures I deleted are now in my album, supposed to have unlimited everything and after 1 day phone warned me using to much, also having trouble with volume on media, well all I can say is I'm done with t mobile witch is good, got a new $1.800+ phone, will go to Verizon and I bet phone works great. I would not go there again and stay away from t mobile, I have found out hard way Verizon is the place to go ot maybe AT&T skip t mobile I was customer for 8 years never late never missed payment but phone was dieing and happy to give new customers free phone but wold not give a phone to long time customer in good standing, lady was rude and did not seem to care about losing longtime customer that tells you there customer service is terrible, so if your not going to buy apple go to Verizon or AT&T skip t mobile, cricket, boost, & consumer cellular or you will be very disappointed, the woman was nice but knew nothing about downloading a phone with same#!!!

Very disappointed in the store manager Carmen. Have been having several issues with my phone and trying to get someone from customer service to help. I contacted the store to see if they could offer any assistance because I kept getting transfered from person to person for over 2 hours (sometimes they have a contact of a supervisor or a rep who could actually help). She was so rude and told me that after 7 days they can't help and it's not their problem. We've had nothing buy positive interactions with employees at this location until this. Will make sure in the future to avoid this location because of her poor customer service skills.
