I scheduled a pickup for construction debris in Winsted, and the team arrived an hour early. I was not ready for them, and they actually offered to leave and come back at the time that worked better for me. They did an excellent job cleaning up, worked around my needs, and called ahead. I thought their price was fair as well. I will definitely be using them again.

Worst service I've ever had... these guys stole lot of items during our move. Never had such a bad service before... stole my camping gears, garden hose, dumbbell set... the list goes on. Not sure what else is missing. Response from customer care is not satisfactory. Not sure how to escalate this any further. Would not recommend their services to anyone.

Highly recommend. Two men showed up ? on time. The quote was vey reasonable for the removal of three heavy pieces: futon, armchair and heavy wooden TV stand. Joe done in 10 minutes!
