I went in 4:15, said I need to open account manager says “the person” is not here come back Monday. I Asked if I could open account online, cash my checks there. Nice lady said yes, manager says “yes but we close at 5”. I sit down to open account. Manager says “siri FaceTime”, has loud personal FaceTime call, loudly makes 2 comments about closing at 5, walks over to me talks to me about dogs (his Lhasa) and the parade tomorrow, tells me I should come back Monday, opens door next to me, says loudly he’s closing “not a minute after 5”, later says “15 minutes” to nobody (except me I think) I walk to the counter, he says “wow you did it” I cash checks & tell him how rude he is for yelling about the time and distracting me bc that’s what he was doing. He says I’m the manager, I run this branch. I asked: do you know what I run? He said no, it doesn’t matter. I said exactly, it doesn’t matter To me either.

Unprofessional employees 2 employees talking about their personal life in front of customers sad they don’t want to work and help people. Go to the chase bank in west Hartford Farmington ave. They are very professional and help u faster than this ghetto branch in downtown and there’s no parking u will get a ticket on top of that smh

What I can say about this branch is that everyone is friendly and welcoming. I even had one of the new account managers reach out by phone to me to ask if my needs had been met by one of the investment personnel at the branch. My hat is off to the fine folks at this location. However, I will warn any potential Chase guest/customer or current guest/customer that they ought to steer clear of this location's investment client customer representative (Stephen). He is an unfortunate hire. He was supposed to have been helpful, to have sent an email that would aid me in opening an investment account. Not only did he epic fail in that department, he made me feel as if my 401 roll-over wasn't worth his time because I am not a what you might call a wealthy client. Chase would do well to consider that everyone should be treated with dignity and respect. Chase has officially lost my retirement account.

One teller was on today, so I asked. If someone else could help me. Nope not possible apparently. I wish the branch could open at say 7am and close at 7pm. The 9-5 is annoying, they're a local branch in Hartford not a stock market institution. Being open when everyone is a at work defeats the purpose of catering to your customer's hours of availability. All this is my opinion.

Attempted to open up a estate account in Enfield CT, due to my fathers passing. Enfield had given me information that I needed to obtain before the account could be opened. Which I obtained the information they required and went to move forward. The trouble started when I attempted to contact the South Windsor branch (per Enfields instruction) due to they had a Gold Medallion employee that was needed from an asset of my father to transfer into Chase... I called multiple times, left messages with the South Windsor, e-mailed the Enfield branch and NO-ONE got back to me. If Chase was a stand up bank I would have transferred all of my money to Chase from my current bank. Not only did they loose my business and money, they lost the probate assets I was about to transfer into Chase. Both of which were significant amounts. I'm sorry, but there is NO EXCUSE not to return phone calls or E-mails. STAY AWAY FROM from CHASE, especially the branches in Enfield and South Windsor.

Not even worthy of a single star. It took 21/2 hours of our time to open the account, two days to set up online access, and then flagged the first transactions as fraudulent. You can’t make this stuff up.

Went in last week to close an account I no longer needed (not because I was having any problems with the account or Chase) and had a VERY pleasant experience. The manager was absolutely wonderful and helped me in no time. Thank you again!

SO happy Chase is opening branches in CT. We were living on the west coast and they were everywhere, and we thought we'd have to get a new bank in CT so it was a relief to find out about this branch! It is modern, clean, quick and friendly service, with a Starbucks around the corner. I also noticed it is wheel chair friendly with a lift inside. Beautiful building, and we love doing business with Chase.
