The Manager name Lisa she is rude and don't know how to treat and talk to her customers. I been Renting from this location for about 2 years never not paid no matter what the cost was than one day I got hit by someone and I did the right thing by bring the car back the next business day and did the paperwork and also to her I will pay for the week I was to have the car without a problem the manger LISA took it Upon herself To charge me for nine days and when I Disputed it with my credit card company she got mad and try to put me on a DNR she's a horrible manager.

This is the absolute worst company to deal with, they have committed fraud on multiple levels. Spoke with the corporate level and they to don't care. Please be wary when dealing with this company and especially this location. They will change the contract and say that your reservation was cancelled and charge you more.

It was an easy and pleasant experience. Car was almost brand new with only 89 miles on it, and averaged just under 40 MPG for the week. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Store manager and clerk, falsely charged me with smoking fee and extra day, putting my total to $522 or a $141 rental. Second time dealing with this with them

Absolutely horrendous experience. Will never use this company again. My friend and I went on a trip together and got a nail in our tire that wasn’t patchable. Waited on hold on the phone with Budget for hours to see if we could get a new tire. Roadside assistance was no help. We called multiple different budget locations to see if we could swap the car since Roadside assistance said they would only be able to put the donut tire on for us, which wouldn’t exactly help us travel an additional 100 miles home. Most locations we called had no cars that we could swap ours out for. This review is for our experience with Budget overall. We will never be renting from them again.

Horrible.Prepaid for 4 months for a mini lease. As we have done for last few years.They charged my credit card company 4 times as if I didn’t pay.Fighting with them and credit card company. Basically paid $6000 when I should have only paid $3000They don’t know what they’re doing.Can’t communicate with anyone , the manager , Lisa, is not helpful, talks over you won’t let you explain the situation. First call back , you can clearly hear her in the back ground working from home, hear her dog whining, I call back like 10 minutes later to discuss further action and she basically rushes me off and talks over me saying there is too long of a like to talk to me. (Too long of a line, you’re at home)Don’t waste your time, use the other rental company, enterprise. At least your rental car won’t smell like pot each time you rent a vehicle there.Las time ever using Budget.

Horrible customer service, misinformation and a waste of time booking with this location. The manager is also incompetent. I would not recommend booking with them at all. I have never received such service renting from a rental company before.

The lady at the desk has horrible customer service skills, nasty attitude and also made a customer in front of me cry. I used to be a regular customer but after this experience , I will never rent a vehicle at this location again

If I could rate 0 stars I would do so several times. Unprofessional does not even begin to cover the horrendous experience at this location. I would never in my life recommend anyone to this SPECIFIC location. I really don’t know where to start but from the guy moving each rental car without a mask during a pandemic from the lack of courtesy and kindness they showed it was overall the worst experience of my life and I’d rather walk then rent from here ever again.

if i could give a zero i would. i booked a car 1 1/2 weeks in advance and paid in full online. when i went to go pick up the car. the font desk lady runs a credit check without asking me first . then says i dont qualify for a car. first off you didnt have my consent to run a credit check. second it very Irresponsible of the company not to call me and let me know I would need a credit check done before i get the car or even send out an email informing me about this.

Zero stars! To say that I am frustrated is the understatement of the year! I booked a 2-month midsize SUV rental through Orbitz and picked it up at this location. First I was greeted by a maskless employee who offered me a Jeep Compass with a terrible cigarette smell and burn marks inside of it as well as crushed chips on the floor, major body damage on the back passenger door and warning lights on the dash saying it needed an oil change and that the airbag was disabled. The only other car available was another Jeep Compass that had an almost dead key fob. There were no batteries available, so an employee from another Budget location brought a new battery nearly 45 minutes later, and that turned out to be completely dead. I asked if the man helping me could swap batteries with the other Jeep's key fob, and that worked.
The second car was in better shape but had not been sanitized at all. There was trash, crumbs and dirt all over the floors and trunk, and most the windows had smears and handprints all over them. The outside was also filthy. I took the car because there were no others available and I had already waited over an hour. I immediately brought it to a car wash to vacuum the inside, clean the outside and sanitize all the surfaces (all on my dime). Definitely not how I should have to start off my expensive 2 month rental!
Flash forward a couple weeks...I am in upstate NY skiing and the windshield wiper fluid reservoir is bone dry, so I stop to buy a container to fill it. Despite doing this, that function on the car does not work and I almost get in an accident because my vision is impaired. Then the climate control screen and music volume starts going haywire whenever I start the car in the cold. It continues doing this for at least 20 minutes while I try to drive. Seriously not okay! Then to top things off, the rental company never gave me an ice scraper/broom, so I have to remove any snow with my hands or buy one myself. Did I mention that I have this car for another month and a half??? Thanks Budget! WTF!?!?

To start when I picked up the car it had no gas and was dirty. The woman at the counter was rude and more worried about her personal phone call then work. I then found out 3 days later during a downpour, on the highway, that the wipers didnt work. Then when I returned the car, the same rude woman was working, decided I didnt need a receipt because I was in a hurry. I found out why 2 days later when I checked my bank account that I was charged a grand for 5 days. It was supposed to be $45 a day. When I called the main number I got someone who barely spoke English and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. I would NEVER use them again.
