Clean and organized. The overhead music was 93.7 radio. The music is not child or study appropriate, and this is supposed to an area that is study friendly. And the volume was loud. I would not recommend this Barnes & Noble for studying, reading, or relaxing.

Today, a few hours ago, I went to this place to return the T-shirt I bought. However, I mistakenly brought the wrong receipt. The employee, a white girl, treated me in a way that made me feel like she was acting racist. She took my shirt but didn't give it back to me because of the incorrect receipt. She questioned how I could prove it was mine. I feel really upset about this unfair treatment and having to beg for my rights. It's disheartening to see that there are still some people in the workplace who exhibit racist behavior. I won't be returning to that location again.

I was disappointed with the selection of books. The Barnes & Noble at the Yale campus has several floors with ten times the amount of books at the Barnes & Noble in UConn. Other than that, it was clean and refreshing. I was discouraged by the fact that not one associate said, can I help you?The Barnes & Noble in Glastonbury, Connecticut, is phenomenal for its health service and knowledge. I would like to find the same at this location. And this is just my personal opinion.Warmly,Dennis SchleicherInstagram, influencer, and YouTube with 90 K plus subscribers.

We love Barnes and Noble and College book stores. This one was no exception. Very large selection of textbooks. Nicely laid out, not large compared to other Barnes and Nobles, but still a very nice selection of books.

This review is for the Starbucks. I went there to grab a cup of coffee. The cashier ran my card 3 times. I checked my bank account after I left I was charged 3 different times. I tried calling Starbucks corporate, but the operator didn't speak very good English and was confused as to what I was asking for. I ended up going back to the store to ask for a refund. I spoke with Samantha and she said to wait a few days to see if my bank would refund. Really disappointed with the customer service. I wasn't expecting to pay twice the amount for a cup of coffee.

One of the best experiences I have ever had at a Starbucks. I wanted to try something new and Ricky suggested I order a a BLONDE espresso frappe with oat milk, CHAI, and cinnamon dolce with whipped cream and dolce powder. I tried this drink and I went to heaven. I will be returning everyday for the rest of my life.

Friendly and helpful staff. Summer hours are a bit of a challenge (Mon - Fri 9 - 3) makes it difficult to visit unless you work downtown.

Great small Barnes and Noble at UCONN along with a Starbucks and a gift store with UCONN merchandise. There's not much books but I found some good deals.
