Unfortunately another poorly ran establishment that doesn't follow policy instead leans towards established institutional racism. I went into this Bank and spoke with Jay the manager. She informs me that this high traffic bank can't accommodate a $50,000 withdrawal. She informs me that the most she can do is $10,000. I'm knowing that is impossible as if I went in to cash a payroll check it would be almost $10,000. She continues to go through some process that takes at least an hour, including asking me about my wire of $300,000. I request to take more money out and she has to order that money and promises to contact me with an update. I never hear from her or anyone else. When I attempt to contact the branch I'm directed to the 800 number, which takes another solid 30 minutes to get through to someone. The Voice Prompts are absolutely horrible. After getting through to someone she can't remember if I'm making a withdrawal or deposit, put me on several "brief" holds only to say she can't help me, there's no more information on my account, she can't call out and I'd have to go to the branch. I respond, ok thank you. She then asks to verify my emails address. Uh, not thank you. She ends by thanking me for being a customer for over 15 years. Horrible, all this is after they lock my account for a 15k transfer. I call in to get it unlock and they ask do I want to transfer to go through, yes thank you. Only for them not to send the transfer transfer. I can't get upset at these institutions anymore. I've grown to expect the worst.

The hours are horrible... 10-4 on weekdays??? 10-2 on Saturday. Always slow too. The only reason I go in is for quarters for the laundry in my building. I need to find a better solution, because I just dread going here.

Extremely bed experience only one employee is great one in a corner else everybody gets engaged in personal gossip with clients and they looks so dull while working and yes one there is number of customers are in line employee who are supposed to get over desk they simply hang out in a lobby ignoring number customer standing in a line Once again horrible experience I wish to give them Negative STARS

They don't believe in customer service. Very poor management only make employee work this way. If you make a phone call the call will go unanswered.

The only branch in the area open past 4pm. When am I supposed to do my banking when I work full time days! Only one teller working. I've been waiting for nearly 20 minutes for one transaction. The manager won't help, just keeps going in the back to hide. The line was 14 people deep. This is outrageous! I am considering changing banks because of this experience and lack of convenient hours. This is the epitome of terrible customer service.
