There is a total lack of urgency to service the customer at this business. I was made to wait 15 minutes while the employee conducted business on the phone and then bailing on me and not getting one of the other 3 or 4 employees to assist that was not waiting on anyone. I only went to this store because of a phone order that located inventory there so it'll be the last time. The CDC and the Gov. of CT recommends wearing mask indoors and so do Advance Auto, but they don't practice what they preach. I am such a constant customer of this place I am constantly getting perk rewards as most things you need as far as Auto parts depending on location sometime the staff is not fully trained or where what's going on in the store some people struggle to use the cash register I think they were ushered in only because they were family other than that overall it's a corporation it's a pretty good place and most of the employees are very knowledgeable and can help you out immediately.I did recently encounter some problems with the new folks who don't know how to deal with online customers in store I had trouble returning some items that I purchased online but I picked up at the store it's a girl in there that's familiar with me she calls me the online guy cuz I usually come to the store with my order already made out of this pick it up and I leave and I'm like one of the only ones that consistently does that you know even if I walk in the store and I see something I like I'll order it online and use my perk rewards and wait till it registers with the store and then grab it and leave it's a good way to be sure that if you lose your credit card or your receipts rather you are covered with the online records but I have seen an employee of two managed to mess up that's benefit of being a perks reward member it's a shame but it's a real currency it's going to happen in any business and people are going to make new mistakes that's just the fact that business the prices are pretty fair the selection is far and wide and there are some good experts that work at this place the older the better when it comes to customer service I still recommend it I give it four stars overall it's one of my best places to buy my auto parts I think you'll find great deals and a good selection that will suit your needs so don't be afraid to go and try it out the one I usually go to is on Wethersfield avenue is close to you know family and friends and where I usually hang out at so I tend to go there more than other locations further down the road on Albany avenue or the Burlington turnpike but they are decent places they pretty much the same wherever you go the staff makes the difference most definitely!

The sign on the front doors refuses service to anyone entering without a mask, BUT no one inside the store that works there bothers to wear a mask!

- I went there today & the short kid young kid was disrespectful & rude all around ? He was screaming over me while I was talking to somebody for a part on the phone & the person helping me had to tell the young kid to be quiet and he kept screaming aggressively in front everyone including his co-workers telling them in a horrible manner to take my call outside because that's not his problem ; That was the last straw I'm ever walking into that horrible store with bad customer service ! Whoever the manager is needs to fire this kid because he obviously has zero respect in a store period !!

I was here yesterday and one of the employees give me the prices of a part that I need a little to expensive that the store across the street, let him know that the other store is a Less expensive and he didn’t want to mash the prices. And also not a good attitude.
