Even though I didn’t have a claim that they could help with, I would recommend anyone struggling with home owners insurance to contact this company. They spoke with me for over 30 minutes (for free) and gave me some really valuable insights and advice for my situation. I had called multiple places before this one and got no where. They didn’t have to take the time to help me, but they did and I’m incredibly grateful.

TPA was fantastic! Todd and his team were professional, friendly, and highly effective in dealing with our insurance company. The insurance company tried to shrug off responsibility but Todd made sure we were fairly compensated, can't thank TPA enough!

My husband and I had a huge water problem at our basement and when called our insurance we got nowhere with our claim. Any excuses one can find, you name it, they had. Then a friend of ours told us to call The Public Adjusters! It was the best advice we could have! They are absolutely fantastic! They resolved our issues and so much more! We highly recommend them to anyone with any insurance issues. They are the best!!

Hire this company if you want your emails and texts to be ignored . Limited to no transparency what they are ever doing. fF you want to feel frustrated, and be completely in the dark with your insurance claim, hire this company.
Edit: They will say below they doubled my offer, this is 100% false. 50% of my claim was for housing, of which WE had to fight to get. While they did get me a % on top of my original claim, it was nowhere near.
The adjuster on my claim goes months without responding to me. The only reason the insurance company even responded to publics adjuster was because I went out of my way to contact politicians, state reps and the insurance company's senior management.
Despite numerous emails and texts for updates, i would go months without hearing from my adjuster from publics adjuster. They can't lie below, I have proof. Only when I start to continuously pester after 3-4 months do they provide updates. Now I'm 2 years in near the end of my claim and the only way I get their attention is when I CC the CEO of the company.
This review might sound scathing but after having to drag my family and two kids through this mess, I wouldn't recommend this company if you want to feel safe or that your claim is in good hands.

I am so thankful to The Public's Adjuster and would recommend them to anyone who has a major incident in their home or business. Our family's commercial building suffered a catastrophic sewage backup and the team helped us navigate multiple claims and problems in the building with our insurance company and various vendors. They were professional, responsive, and clearly cared a lot about us and helping to ensure we got what we needed to cover our losses, while also working collaboratively with all other parties involved. We got the best possible outcome and I know we could not have come out as positively without their help. Property losses are big, overwhelming, and scary - they made the process so much easier and went above and beyond to ensure a favorable outcome. Do not try and navigate a major property loss alone - call The Public's Adjuster!

Great team of professionals - my insurance company was not willing to give me what was covered under my policy until I brought them in. Todd and his staff are experienced and extremely knowledgeable of the business - without them my claim was going nowhere! So glad I found them - I highly recommend Todd and his team!!!

Todd and the entire team are absolutely fantastic! We had a flood that destroyed most of the ground floor in our ct. home. We tried to work with our insurance team on our own but spent countless hours/days getting no where. When we called the Public's Adjuster we knew right away that we were in the right hands. Todd, Mike, Julie and Lisa were responsive and informative from day one. They made the process easy and painless. They advocated for a rental property and managed to get us our entire budget for our kitchen and downstairs renovation. We hope to never have another insurance claim but if we do Todd will be the first person we call. Thank you TPR!!!!

I am so glad that I found the Public's Adjuster. I felt incorrect information was given to me for a claim I filed with my insurance company. I have about 50-75K of damage to my home and my insurance company was trying to pay a max of $10K as a settlement and told me to take out a HELOC loan on the equity of my house. I learned insurance companies are not there for your best interest and many people are not even aware of what a Public Adjuster is! I googled "what do you do if you do not agree with your insurance company and luckily found The Public's Adjuster. I simply describe them as a licensed and qualified individual/firm that has an extensive background in damage and home repairs needed. They were there every step of the way. They were my representative, handled all calls, came to my house when outside engineers and representatives from my insurance company came out. They not accept any settlement that was not appropriate. In addition, they know many of the management and adjusters of many insurance companies. It's unjustified that insurance companies get away with what they do and the consumer paying high premiums to be covered. I am very thankful I found this firm and highly recommend!

I was devastated when my house was flooded by a faucet left open. There was damage to electrical, plumbing, woodwork, drywall, kitchen, flooring ect... Just thinking about it made me super stressed. My friend suggested I get a public adjuster (never knew about this service) and recommended 'The Public Adjuster' in Hamdem. Let me tell you, that was the best idea ever. Todd and his team took care of everything. They made sure that the insurance company compensated me for ALL the damage that was done. I have no doubt that without his help I would have gotten a third of what my final payout was. And the best part, their price was 10 percent of my final settlement. No hidden costs or surprises. If you are like me, and have never filed a claim before, Todd and his team are there to help you along the way. All my texts and phone calls were returned promptly. Professional all around.
