“I recently had a bad front axel catastrophic episode. It was over $800.00. I called Kayla and told her my weels were pulling to the right. She told me to leave it for a few days.
The invoice said that they did a front alignment. I don't think so.
I know my car is old, 2004 but I have sent a lot of people to you.
Maybe you're overwhelmed because of the emissions demand but I want to be safe.

Got in windows were cleaned and all was smelling fresh, almost forgot the original reason I was there was the oil change. And same price I always paid!”
“After my warranty with Mercedes ended i tried a bunch of various shops for general maintenance. Until i needed some specialized work it became quite difficult to find a shop either willing or able. Found JP and i am very pleased! I’ve never been an automotive technician but I’ve had project vehicles so i know what’s going on. They didn’t try and up sell me any particular maintenance or say something completely outlandish. They’re very thorough and to that I’m very grateful. Sure there’s cheaper routes you can go but there’s something to the peace of mind in knowing they’re thorough. 10/10 recommend if you have a foreign vehicle.”

“I went to Valvoline in Wallingford, CT and was blown away by the customer service I received. Melikai (not sure if I'm spelling that correctly) was my technician and he made a connection with my daughter and I immediately! Melikai told me exactly what they were doing and why all with a big smile! I'm a manager in a retail environment and would love to have him come work for me so you'd better hold on tight to this associate! I've told multiple people about the excellent service I received and I'm sure they will be travelling to Wallingford for their next oil change.
