They do a superb job grooming, never had a clipper burn, ever! My dog went to them his whole life. They met his needs no matter what he had going on esp. as he aged. He loved getting groomed by Little Shop and they loved him. They brought out his regal poodleness.

They do a nice job here, but their prices have wildly increased. They also require your pet be groomed every eight weeks. My pet does not need to be groomed every eight weeks. Perhaps worst of all, coupled with the price increases and policy changes, their staff members have been borderline rude the last few times I've gone. They've ignored me when I walked in until I greet them myself and even then they act as if it's a burden that I came for my scheduled appointment. It was very weird and uncomfortable. I'm disappointed because I used to recommend them highly, but I think there are better options in the area when considering the exorbitant prices, required follow up visits, and unfriendly staff.

Our puppy has been going to the Little Shop of Howlers for a few months now and she always comes back happy and beautifully groomed! They keep notecards for each customer and know that she doesn't like the blow dryer, so they're super patient and understanding about the pet's needs. That and I loooove how great she smells when she comes back! Thanks Little Shop of Howlers!

Brought a very anxious and nervous dog here to get her nails cut. The last place I brought her to, she was so scared she pooped on the table and you could see the anxiety in her eyes during the whole process. But when I brought her to Little Shop of Howlers, she didn't even tinkle and she looked surprisingly comfortable on the table. The facility is nice and open, the staff looks like they're happy to be there and have not lost their love for dogs. AND her nails look like they were cut professionally! The only time nails are cut this good is at a vet's place. After trying multiple grooming businesses, I HIGHLY HIGHYLY recommend this place.

We were not little dog people until Mike came into our lives unexpectedly. Finding a groomer was a not an easy task. All seemed more interesred in keeping these anxious, precious souls for hours if not all day increasing their fees. When I found Erin, I knew immediately she takes care of our furry family members like they are her own. Being a business owner in itself has it's challenges most will never understand but owning and running a small business over the last couple years has brought on more challenges that put most under. As a small business owner myself, I greatly appreciate Erin and all her staff for their commitment to running an ethical and caring business. Chris Olin

Little Shop of Howlers was recommended to me for a self service dog wash. I looked on their website to check their hours, and came by on a cold Saturday morning. The door was locked, and when I called there was no answer. I left a message and never received a call back. Really bummed to have spent over half an hour to come out here just for it to be closed when they had advertised that they were open.

Great place for your fuzzy buddies. Did a wonderful job on my GSD. Right across the parking lot from Paw's N Effects... Another great place for pets... My pooch is alumni. ??
