This must be the most incompetent branch ever! These guys lost two checks of mine that were for taxes. Then I brought them two cashier's checks. I spoke directly to the manager Danny. He assured me these will go into the accounts fine. Then a hold popped up on one of them (CASHIER's Check). This is ridiculous. You can't call them and even when you show up in person they absolute ruin everything. Incompetent is an understatement. Stay away from this BRANCH!!!

Drive thru atm is convenient. There is one in the first lane all the way to the left that is atm only and another one in the lane all the way to the right with atm and teller services. Quick and easy in and out 24 hours a day atm.

This was a scathing review, but I have revised it because action was swiftly taken by management. Three stars for the effort, but it shouldn't take bad optics to perform good customer service. Thank you for correcting your mistake, Bank of America.

I am a business traveler and visit multiple branches and financial centers in North America. However, this branch/financial center has to be the worst one thus far. Each time I've visited this location the bank has been empty and I'm always strongly encouraged to make an appointment for service. Why???. The Bank of America website and mobile site state you can visit the branch/financial center and your needs will be addressed. Did someone forget to inform this branch/financial center??? You can't print out paperwork for a savings account that was already started online. I really appreciate my home branch as I have NEVER left without my needs being addressed. During COVID-19 pandemic it was essential to make an appointment however an empty branch/financial center with two tellers and a person to make appointments. Poor customer service. I wanted to add additional accounts to my portfolio. I Never had a bank turn away my business. Such a black mark against Bank of America. Sad Commentary.

The service at this location is horrible approximately 12 people in line and only one teller. There is no excuse for the poor customer service.

Have been a client in this branch for about 8 years and they are doing great job regarding costumer service.Last week I came to resolve an issue on my business and personal account.Pamela and Shelby was super helpful, they stayed after hours to help me with my issue and even followed up with me personally to further assist. Great service.Thank you

I am a Bank of America credit card holder. I do not have a bank or checking account with them. I sometimes pay my monthly statement at my local branch. I wanted to find out if I could cash a check payable to me with no service charge at this local branch. I called the 800 number to get the answer since there is NO local number found through Google. The automated voice requests three different ways that you can identify yourself before you can progress. One of those is the last three digits of your social security number., another your tax ID number, etc. If you don't have those and the third (forget what that is) and you still want to have to get that information, hang up and then call back. Do you want to go through that? NO? Then you either forget about it or go to your local branch to ask the question through drive in or in bank. OR you forget about it.A great way for BofA to reduce the number of customer inquiries. Bad for the customer. Hamden, Connecticut

We have been using Bank of America in all of its forms since 1964. We have used it to buy houses, cars and all our banking needs. We have been satisfied for all these years. No problems ever.
