Clean library with plenty of spots to study/ get work done. It could have been quieter but it wasn’t too difficult to focus. More space to work quietly and more bathrooms would make this the perfect library.

Guilford library has lots of nice nooks and comfortable seating areas. Right on the green, a great location to browse the shelves and chill.

This is just a lovely library - adorable spaces, excellent collection, knowledge and helpful staff, many extra services. I could spend days there, and it's a great place for children to learn the love of reading.

The librarians are friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help you find the resources you need.The library has an extensive collection of books, DVDs, and other materials, covering a wide range of subjects and interests. Whether you're looking for the latest bestseller or an obscure academic text, you're sure to find it here. The online catalog is easy to use, and you can even reserve items for pickup in advance.In addition to its impressive collection, the Guilford Free Library also offers a variety of programs and events for all ages. From storytime for toddlers to book clubs for adults, there's always something going on. The library also hosts a range of educational and cultural events throughout the year, making it a hub for community engagement and enrichment. My fave of course is the annual fall book and bake sale!The Guilford Free Library is an outstanding resource for anyone living in or visiting the area, no wonder why it's such a beloved institution in the community. Highly recommended!

The Guilford library is a spacious wonderful and vibrant place. You'll feel better once you've been there, no matter what is going on in life. Theres just something about it, serene, energizing, everyone enjoys being there.An electronic piano is upstairs and people play on it using headphones, so as not to make noise.There are lectures on video making with cell phones, etc.; there's a book club or two and much moreOh, and they have a great selection of books to choose from.

Beautiful downtown Guilford Library, 2 floors, comfortable seating, large glass windows with a large selection of reading materials. Very friendly staff, always there to help.

Guilford has a wonderful library! They have a fantastic selection of books and all types of media. Come here to get coupons for reduced or free admission to museums etc. nice sitting areas inside and out to sit and enjoy a nice read! Come here as often as you can

This is my favorite building in Guilford. The staff is beyond friendly and always willing to help with any problems you may have. I went in to have some flyers trimmed that had been printed with a white border and before I knew it the employee at the desk was already offering to help me not only trim them but also helped me make sure they were all ready to hang up. I believe she said her name was Mary and she honestly made my day so much less stressful. This is also an amazing spot to do work if you need a getaway from the rest of the town. I prefer the seats that let you people watch for those moments you lose focus in your work. An all around pleasant experience every time.
