Zack Shirland is the man. He broke down in simple terms how to improve my situation and today I have a new phone that I love. He was so personable and effective in his approach to me I wanted to steal him for my real estate business. I will stay with Verizon as long as they continue to have employee like Mr. Shirland. If you have multiple stores near you, spend an extra minute in the car and visit Shirland's location in Groton. Well worth it.

I came into the store absolutely dreading the phone experience. Zach was able to calm me down, get me into a more reliable phone, and lower my bill. Zach was of great help and I will certainly be returning to him in the future.
