I wouldn’t advise coming here EVER. Do not recommended. Overpriced clothing for bad quality clothes that will not last even the first wash. Can’t even return anything due to everything being on final sale. Disappointing. Lack of customer service or thereof. Not a good look for the mystic area. First and last time going here. Take your money elsewhere!

Don't buy anything expensive !! They hide a note on the receipt that only allows you to return items for store credit.

Terrible customer service. Went in there this Monday afternoon and the white girl with blonde ish hair was so unpleasant to speak with. I felt so belittled the way she was talking with me. I bought a sweatshirt and brought it back the next day because I noticed the stitching on the neck was incorrect. I wanted the same sweatshirt and yet again giving me attitude that it could be up to 3 months to get the sweatshirt in a medium. Never an apologize or acknowledge the issue. She put it right back on the rack

We've walked by this store numerous times over the years but never stopped in. Glad we tried this weekend because they are chock full of good stuff. The entire family scored something. Reliable brands like Patagonia, Life is Good, and O'Neill. Will return next time we're in the neighborhood. Check it out.

We were there Monday. Though the gentleman was helpful with answering my question. Since I wanted a bigger selection of colors which in the end not 1 store had that. There was a woman/ employee who was extremely rude and said as we were leaving I hate people like that like we are the only store that carries sweatshirts. I can't believe you have such a rude woman working there.

Your typical mix of outdoorsy and souvenir-ish clothing in a tourist town like Mystic. A little Life is Good, a little bit of this and that. Better quality stuff than usual, so don't expect Walmart or Target prices. Hats, shoes, a mix of goods. Staff were friendly enough.

Shopped here today and while the merchandise is beautiful, the staff I dealt with were so rude (with the exception of the cashier who was super sweet). I wanted to purchase some additional items after I visited some other shops but after the terrible customer service, I had no desire to go back. So disappointing.

Been going here since I was a kid and still buy quality clothes, swimwear, and other novelty items here. Yes I’m a local and would recommend that any tourist stop by and get anything from Mystic merch to hiking clothes.

I love this clothing store for the quality of its goods, the cool styles and the helpful staff. Sure prices feel high at a glance but my sister bought a sweatshirt here five years ago a d it's still in great condition and her favorite. I'm told all their clothes are prewashes and boiled. Idk what boiling does but if that's what makes the fabric so soft I may start boiling all my clothes (after taking the off of course).
