“The cube was clean and dry and, most importantly, available. There are two kinds of locks in this facility (an absolutely needless complication), so of course we were left the wrong kind of lock the first time…but once we got that sorted, it was all smooth. Highly satisfactory experience, and very helpful as we emptied Mom’s apartment and helped her things find new homes.”
“Unit was secure and clean. Corey the manager was professional and responsive, so were other staff members. rates were reasonable. I sold the items in storrage so no longer needed the unit. First-time user and if I needed a storage unit again I would definitely go with Cubesmart.”

I needed a storage unit immediately and she was more than happy to offer me one, set up my account, and even showed me the unit before it all! She answered all my questions and did not rush me at all. I had forgot my wallet at home and she was so patient to let me go home and get it. Thank you, Anita! “Nice facility with a good selection of rental trucks. Customer service agent Rob treated us well and was efficient. The only thing that threw me off was receiving the truck with 1/4--1/2 tank of fuel. That added a fuel stop at the start instead of at that end. In many ways that was a wash except that I had a timeframe on where I had to be in the morning. Would recommend this UHaul facility to others.”

“This is a very clean and trustworthy storage facility ! We had a unit for a year recently while we were out of state , even though it’s not climate controlled , we had zero issues with any damage to our items. The price is extremely reasonable and the staff was always friendly and helpful.”
