I am so grateful that I started going to Big Y Pharmacy. It's so nice to have pleasant, caring people to talk to. There's never a line, always get my prescriptions on time, and wonderful Pharmacist's! Stop putting up with overworked people and waiting forever in lines. It's the best kept secret, but I'm sharing it!!!

I just called and kept calling the pharmacy and a man answered and put on hold and left me there, no one ever answer again. I kept calling a nothing. Won’t be going there.

I payed a dollar apiece for some wings that must have been under the heat lamp all day and should have been thrown out, poor quality controls says a lot about this establishment.

I always shop at this big y market it’s close to my house, sadly after my experience this afternoon I’ll be going elsewhere. The time was around 3:30 pm I was as usual using the self check out have never had an issue. Today the front end supervisor was working the self checkout I don’t know her name , I started scanning my items and no lie she stood like 3 feet behind me and never took her eyes off of me and the contents of my cart mind you there were like 6 other shoppers besides myself but obviously she was only watching me !! I felt like just leaving my items in the cart but I was too tired for that drama , back to the cloak and dagger shopping ? the cashier kept saying to me did you get this did you get that I mean I really didn’t like this treatment at all I feel this employee really needs a good talking to! I will never step foot in this store again

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have every been to ever. Told me they wouldnt honor my insurance price. Zero customer service. As I sat outside the closed pharmacy (15 mins after scheduled opening) 3 employees (and I'm pretty sure one was a manager) RIGHT THERE couldn't tell me the pharmacist was running late? I no longer be supporting this location with our weekly groceries or medications, which is a shame because we shop here because It being independently owned... Truely awful experience.

We love Christine the cashier, at the Groton store. We purposely get in her line every week. My 1year old son loves her and she loves seeing him! She's always super sweet and nice

I was disappointed to see that employees were not wearing masks in store and that they no longer had sanitizer for people to use on their carts. There were employees outside wiping down the handles with paper towels and no sanitizer. Employees were outside washing down the carts. It is mandated by the governor that every employee in essential business wear masks. This includes supermarkets. Also, I noted that more than one person per family were allowed in. These were not mother/father and child; they were adults. Please Big Y, keep us all safe. Thank you!

Wish we had one in our neck of the woods. Clean - terrific selection of any food item you need. Awesome prepared or ready to heat and serve items.

I like Big Y and have gotten some yummy stuff here, BUT the fish & chips are not the best. Sometimes its good, sometimes NOT. But it's not a restaurant, so dont expect consistency, because there is always someone different who will wait on you.

Had the fish and chips. Fish was pollock, never had it before. Good flavor and a very large serving for only $8.99.
