Horrible experience from start to finish. They have minimal equipment available to help move your items into storage. There are also very tight turns in the facility making it difficult to transport large items. Front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. I was charged twice after I cancelled my unit and I eventually had to dispute it with my bank. Didn't think I'd see my security deposit back but I did get it back over a month later. Will not be using this facility again.

I picked up the van after hours and there should have been a utility dolly in the back but there wasn’t. I was still charged for the dolly rental though.

IF YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR STUFF COME HERE.I would give zero stars if I could! Brought my daughters things here to store for the summer, all of her winter clothes and school supplies. When we came to get the things we stored them, we found out there was a leak right above the unit and that all of her things had mold on them. Over $1000 worth of things- RUINED! The woman in office was not helpful, and the owner didn’t bother calling us even after she was sent pictures of the condition of my daugher’s ruined things.

I had my mattress store there while I was moving for one month, just to come and find out that it was chewed up by mice and or rats, totally dissatisfied,The owners refused to pay for my new mattress and they were very rude and upset in my wife, never again.

Chasing my deposit back. Said it was mailed and checked with the post office. They had no record of it. Then they wanted me to pay for canceling their check that I never got! Thus reducing my deposit....

It is impossible to get my security deposit back back. I placed a call to the BBB. It's been approximately 6 months I have been chasing my deposit.

Poor customer service and will rip you off. I rented a large storage unit for approximately $170 a month. I never used it at all the first month because moving plans changed. When the second month came due to be paid, I cancelled the unit as it was completely empty and never used. They still charged me another $170 plus taxes for the entire second month. The older woman at the customer desk was useless and rude and refused to refund my money. She told me to contact the owner Lisa. I spent about 3-4 weeks attempting to contact Lisa only to have Lisa leave a voicemail telling my that she would send me a check for my $85 deposit. No partial refund, no refund for the second month. Absolutely horrible experience! I would recommend taking your business elsewhere!

High priced. The back is terrible to use. The doors open abruptly. Use caution they swing open and can hit you in the face. The trolleys should glide easier. The rubber mats bunch up in the floors which cause you to trip of have to lift the trolley over then causing your load to be uneasy. They should offer discounts for those use utilize there units frequently. The units should be cleaned throughly before renting to next client. They should offer a key card for entrance. Having to constantly plug in a code is a nuisance. And now with COVID less touching of things is better. A key card for opening the storage units instead of locks would also be better. The hallways should be wider for turns. The doorways could be wider as well. The rest room should be open 24/hours for clients to use.

Arrived approximately 35 minutes before closing and Anita was SUPER helpful! I needed a storage unit immediately and she was more than happy to offer me one, set up my account, and even showed me the unit before it all! She answered all my questions and did not rush me at all. I had forgot my wallet at home and she was so patient to let me go home and get it. Thank you, Anita! Great service, friendly, and a secure place.
