Manfredi is wonderful! Everyone at the store is very helpful; we usually work with Clara and she is incredible. Clara has great taste, and has helped me decide when I was debating between items, which made my shopping experience so much easier. You can really trust that they stand by their products, and if something should happen I am comfortable knowing that they will take the best care of me. I really love going to Manfredi Jewels. Clara is an excellent associate and I am very happy with my purchase. Clara gave no sales pressure and really just wanted me to enjoy my time at the store, as I slowly perused all of their other offerings. I swear this place is worth driving to just to look at an incredible collection of timepieces and jewelry. It is a real treasure in the area and I’m happy I’m only 45 minutes away. If I had to drive 2 hours it would still be worth it just to see this collection in person instead of images on the internet. It makes such a difference to handle things with your own hands and see items on your wrist. All of the associates were very friendly and treated me really well and authentically just wanted me to enjoy the shopping experience, whether I bought something or not. This one place is fantastic and Clara is a true GEM!

I went to Manfredi Jewels today to buy a watch and my experience was amazing. Rob, who helped me out was courteous, professional, patient, detailed, and very welcoming. I was there with my brother and my son and they treated us like VIPs. Would certainly highly recommend. Ask for Rob and you will not be dissatisfied.

I recently made a purchase at Manfredi in Greenwich CT and was completely blown away by the exceptional customer service. Clara Monzon was a class act who went above and beyond to help me! She was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and so helpful during my entire visit. Not to mention I waited until the day before my husband’s birthday to go shopping which was no problem as she had my item rushed in less than 24hrs and wrapped to perfection! Thanks again to Clara and the entire team who made it happen and fixed my watch in the process! The holiday’s are coming, I highly recommend taking a stroll down iconic Greenwich Avenue and stopping in Manfredi to see Clara… you will not be disappointed by their exquisite jewelry collections or impeccable service!!!

I purchased a beautiful Omega from Manfredi earlier today. John was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the watches I looked at, and he helped break down the pros and cons of each piece. I surprised my husband with a beautiful Glashutte watch. John was so helpful and friendly, as well as very professional and knowledgeable! He answered all of my questions; was very quick at getting back to me, and made sure the gift presentation was on time and perfect! I have lived in CT, DC, FL, Spain, Bermuda, and Italy... while also traveling throughout America and Europe during my 30+ years of federal employment. I've always been mystified by fine watches and visited many fine Jewelers during those years.But Manfredi's in Greenwich? The store tops them all. It is truly supreme and there's nothing better than shopping for various brands of high quality watches all under one roof with confidence.So my Zenith El Primero Skeleton Chronograph? It's my de facto 'Retirement Watch' that represents my 30+ years of federal service to the American people... and a big nod to John Marna at Manfredi's for making it happen because no other Jeweler in the NY, NJ, and CT area could find a new one because the line has been Sold Out.

We had a phenomenal experience with Manfredi finding an engagement ring! Dafina was so knowledgeable and helpful, making the process fun and easy! Nick also helped with resizing the band when needed, and got it done in under an hour! I can’t recommend them, and Manfredi, enough!

I needed a unique quality vintage watch serviced. The work could only be done in Denmark. Manfredi handled the entire transaction without a hitch. Kristi expedited the entire process and was a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely deal with Manfredi and Kristi again.

Manfredi Jewels is the premiere New England watch store, full stop. Gorgeously appointed, and well stocked with beautiful watches, from simple Seikos, daring Omega, and exotic Voutilainens, you simply cannot miss their shop on any Greenwich visit.Robert, the boutique manager, is not only extremely personable, but gregarious with his extensive knowledge of luxury timepieces. Spending a morning learning the history and viewing the beauty of exquisite horological pieces is an experience I'll never forget. I left the shop wearing a dream watch, and hope to return soon. They had a large selection of entry to high level luxury new and used watches on hand. A rather busy store but the amount of knowledge and attention John Marna granted didn't make me feel rushed at all when buying a watch. My experience with him was the epitome of customer service. Because of the vast selection of quality watches they have on hand to chose from, my experience was totally worth the drive from the Hartford, CT area.

I have been a resident of Greenwich for over a decade but never had the pleasure to get to know Manfredi. A few months ago I stopped by to check a few watches they had on display (i have recently started building a collection and it didn’t take long for me to realize that Manfredi has a vast array of options in both well known brands and independents). John Marna helped me to check a few models and gave a history lesson about watch makers. His charism, professionalism and knowledge in the field are second to none. The owner, Roberto, is a very charismatic person and is always greeting his clients with a smile in his face. When my wife stopped by to check some jewelry, Clara, with all her charisma, made her feel welcomed and spent a lot of time showing her beautiful pieces. Roberta was also there and made my wife have an experience of a life time.I have only great things to say about this place and its people. The time pieces i bought to celebrate some milestones have a deeper meaning when bought from special people like you.
