Felix and his manager are so nice. I had a magical car buying experience 10 days ago. I bought a 2025 Lexus 350 F Sport. The car was very good. I bought the car on the same day. He gave me $1,000 and a commission-free discount. He also provided me with the best coffee. It was a happy transaction. In the end, he asked me to write a 5-star review for him, which I did. But the next day, I found that the original configuration and the second car key that the car should have were missing. Felix promised to make the second key and car configuration for me. I have not received any response so far. I wonder if anyone has such a service attitude and experience? Tire key missing too!

A year ago I bought a jeep gladiator which is a beautiful car for me but unfortunately I had problems with those people because my car did not have a spare tire and I realized that the next day after I took the car I contacted the seller who blamed his boss and his boss took me for a fool. After a while I had an accident where the left tire of my jeep was damaged I contacted them again and they promised to buy my new tire and give me the spare. To which they paid for my tire but I never received my spare tire. I am still waiting for them to send it because they assured me that they would send them to the door of my house. I would never do any kind of business with those people again.

Unprofessional and lying. I called ahead to test drive and purchase a used car from the dealership. I spoke to two individuals over the phone, both of whom assured me certain work was completed on the vehicle. I drove 2hours to the dealership thinking I will test drive and purchase the car only to find the sales person has no clue about the vehicle. None of the work discussed over the phone was completed and was told it's going to get done and when do I need the car? I would've never driven 2 hours to this dealership to drive a damaged car with a unfit suspension and worn tires. In addition, the check engine light was on and I was told its an older car (2020 w 80k miles), this is going to happen anyway. Once again, not driving 2 hours to test drive a car with a check engine light.
I wasted 4 hours of my life driving to and from this dealership for unprofessional, untrustworthy and unprepared personnel.
Would not recommend.

Exceptional buying experience with the DARCARS Lexus of Greenwich. I bought a pre-owned last week. James and Frank went above and beyond to make car buying experience easy for me. Overall great team and they ensure a seamless transaction. I had a pre-approved auto loan but they got me a better APR offer than my existing approval. The purchase took a little longer than expected as they were busy, but they checked in frequently keeping us updated. I would definitely recommend this dealership before going anywhere else.

Felix was my salesman on my most recent purchase and he had all the answers to my questions and was very involved with me in making sure I was comfortable every step of the way from beginning to end. I bought my car from the pre-owned facility. The car broke down three days later. The facility told me to get the vehicle to this location, and I did, which cost me almost $500. They promised me that the towing fee would be reimbursed to me. This incident happened in November, and I am still waiting for my refund. Whenever I called them, they said it was processing and that I would get the check by the end of this week, but nothing came as of today. I don't know how I should explain my frustration. I have limited resources and used all my savings to buy that car. I want to let everyone thinking of shopping for a vehicle there know the situation.

Wanted to say we had a great experience buying our first Lexus (NX 350 AWD) at DARCAR Lexus Greenwich. We found the perfect car we've been looking for and Dave Miller was so informative on the phone and we came in right away. Once we came in the car was cleaned and ready to test drive. Afterwards Regina did an excellent job making sure we were well informed about the car and the buying process. She made sure we were comfortable and even gave us food and snacks throughout the day. Frank took care of us giving us a good price we could not turn down. Their finance team was quick and helpful to finish the deal so we were not stuck there all day. Could not be more happy with our car!!

Recently purchased a Lexus NX350 at Lexus of Greenwich, and I couldn't be happier with the experience, had a great time. REGINA was incredibly helpful, informative, and patient. Frank and Dave, the managers, were the friendliest people I've ever met at a car dealership, making the process smooth and enjoyable -- they gave so many snacks, it was amazing! It was my first car purchase, and everyone there made sure to address all my concerns and guide me through every step. I highly recommend Lexus of Greenwich for their excellent service and helpful staff.
Pro tip: at their coffee machine, combine hot mocha with 1 shot of espresso.

I recently purchased a 2017 GX from Dave Miller (Sales Manager) + Randall Spears (Sales Consultant).
Although the vehicle I was looking for was not at their specific Greenwich location, they utilized their DARCARS network to find the car at their Maryland location. They had the car transported here and went above and beyond to make sure it was in great condition prior to me purchasing it. They serviced the car, detailed it, got a second key made and did other improvements without me asking for it. A lot of car dealership employees and managers always say they will "take care of you" but Dave and Randall truly mean it.
I know price is important, but when people go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience, that is what truly delivers a great customer experience. Thanks again, Dave & Randall.

My husband and I had a great experience buying our 2015 Toyota Highlander. James was our sales guy and Dariusz worked with us with the financing and both were great!! my only complaint is that they didn’t clean the car before we took it home. Just bought a car from Darcars Lexus of Greenwich last night and had the most pleasant experience. Aaron, Neerja and Tyler were very friendly and helpful. This was the 5th place my wife and I have been to shopping for cars and I notice immediately their team stood out from the other 4 places. We dealt mostly with Aaron and he was the nicest and most pleasant guy to deal with. He and Neerja made the whole buying experience seamless, easy and stress free.
