If you want the old fashioned experience of going into a bank and being greeted with courtesy and friendliness please go into this location and enjoy wonderful Margaret waiting on you. It is like stepping back into a time capsule of gentility. She is truly above and beyond and can brighten your day with her cheerful perfectly polite attitude of true service..

Went to open another checking Accts around 4:40pm on 4/15 and the personal banker Santiago Baldin told me will take 45 minutes to an hour and they are ready to close, worst experience ever, is not the first time open acct last 3 decades , probably is good idea do it online and jobs like Santiago are not necessary anymore on site.

Convenient branch with ample parking spaces. Being in an office building helps. ATM line can be long since there's only one. Offer drive thru for convenience.

The tellers are the worse. I have been coming to this location for 5 years and today I wanted some changed for my job and wanted $200 change and they did not want to give to me because I did not have my driver license when I see them 2 to 3 times a week. I told one of tellers that I come here a lot and she asked her coworker and he ignored me and her coworker. It was like he did not hear anything. The worse chase bank in the area.

Had a problem with my bank account being compromised. Yeah. Not just my debit card info being stolen. They managed to get my account and routing number and open other accounts to steal my money. Went to this branch the second the money started being taken out of my account and was assured that they would handle the problem but they would have to close the account out and give me a new account. Now 4 months later and half a dozen trips to this branch to try and resolve the problem and they finally close my old account. You think yay! All settled right? No. They take the money out of my new account to pay for the stolen money from the old account and tell me they will have to investigate to determine that it wasn’t actually me that stole the money and then try to get a refund from the vendor that the money was transferred to. OH and how long will this process take? They tell me there IS NO TIME LIMIT. It can go on indefinitely. So basically they lost my money and then told me I probably won’t ever get it back. I have begun looking into what bank I will be moving what’s left of my money to because of this. DONT USE CHASE.
