I went to Betteridge over the winter in hopes of finding a wedding band. Wendy was so professional and attentive, she was able to find the perfect band based on my thoughts and it was created/received shortly after that - it’s perfect!During our initial interactions, I expressed my desire to one day purchase a Rolex Datejust. The dial I wanted (Wimbledon) is always in high demand so I knew it’d be a long shot, but that didn’t deter Wendy whatsoever. Wendy assured me that she would do everything that she can to make my dream watch come to fruition before my wedding in July, and this week, she did just that!From start to finish, Wendy has been amazing to partner with, and I cannot thank her enough. I’ll highly recommend Wendy to anyone, for being so welcoming and attentive throughout my first two purchases at Betteridge, these will certainly not be the last.Everyone in the store was so pleasant and eager to help whenever I walked through the door.

My initial visit with Dana from Betteridge was nothing short of an amazing experience. Dana spent her undivided time and attention with me in getting to know each other and helping me find the perfect next watch. Dana is knowledgeable, welcoming, and personable. She answered all of my questions and allowed me to try on a multitude of watches from a wide variety of selection. She took the time to listen to the reasons why I am interested in certain watches, and even offered other great selection ideas for me to try on on top of that. With her keen eye for personalized watch collection, she truly is the expert on growing your collection. Not only that, Dana goes above and beyond to connect with me and my interests, passion, and watch journey. I cannot recommend working with her enough, and I am excited to continue working with her in growing my collection!Additionally, the Betteridge showroom is stunning with a wide variety of watch and jewelry brands, and all the staff in the store are extremely friendly and welcoming. They are also expanding soon with their Patek collection! Betteridge is truly a one-of-a-kind gem that we are lucky to have in CT.

Dana at Betteridge is absolutely amazing and spent over an hour chatting with me and answering any and all of my questions. She has a great eye and helped me identify certain pieces or styles of watches that I would not normally consider on my own, and took the time to show me several different vintage pieces that were one of a kind. I look forward to working with her in the future to expand my collection.

I had the great pleasure in working with Dana at Betteridge in getting my first watch. Dana was able to quickly and expertly show me all the available options that Betteridge had in my price range and styling, and gave me a new appreciation of all the different brands they had. I picked up a beautiful Omega Seamaster that looks great and they treated me and my family incredibly nicely. Looking forward to my next Betteridge purchase!

Another fantastic experience at Betteridge in Greenwich this past weekend with my SA Donna. After looking at various timepieces, she helped sort out the pieces that would fit my needs and guided me to the perfect watch. I had a great shopping experience! Wendy and Ben helped me pick out the best present for Valentine’s Day for my husband. He was beyond happy ? with his watch. The quality of service I received was top rate. I also had a Rolex repaired and was done quickly. I highly recommend working with Wendy she’s a pleasure to work with.
