This Unionville Stop and Shop is located in a plaza right in the bustling downtown. Parking was plentiful and the store was clean and organized. It's updated like the other S&S's nearby. The prices were also comparable and the customer service was cordial.
On this trip, I wanted to get a small tub of Willow Tree Chicken salad and it was on sale for $9.99, which was $1 off from the original price. The sushi was fresh and tasty; I saw the chef working on the rolls. The croissants from the bakery were soft and scrumptious. They had plenty of self checkouts; my only qualm with those, is that they're very sensitive. Everytime I use them at any Stop and Shop, an associate will always be alerted by the machines to assist me. Overall, it's a standard grocery store and comparable to other Stop and Shops.

RUDE, dismissive, and altogether unprofessional.
I have lived and shopped in this town for over 20 yrs and never have I ever been treated so poorly or disrespectfully.
In a managerial role, she ultimately failed her duty to be, or even feign, empathy and/or even suggest an alternative solution to discord.
I am disgusted. To say the least.

I have gotten many things that were not good from this stop & Shop. I paid like $16 for a pound of roast beef and it was bad the next day. I spent like $8 or so for cut cantaloupe and it was unripe/sour. I also bought King's Hawaiian sweet rolls and they were stale. I got the small 4-pack and opened it right after I got home. The produce isn't the greatest and because it is a smaller store they don't have everything a normal stop & Shop has. But, losing money on food is just really frustrating.

On Valentines day I went to buy lobsters, the seafood counter was closed. It was seeming like I would be out of luck with no one "knowing" how to get the lobsters. Raymond and Lola worked together to make it happen and it was awesome! Thanks to them both for going the extra mile and saving our valentines dinner!

The large grocery carts don’t have holders for the Scan it hand held devices.They need more scan it units!All their other stores sell packages of white meat rotisserie chicken, this store needs to sell it!The produce can be iffy here, I found rotten oranges on the shelf today.
