I recently received the suit I will be married in and I love it! Before deciding to go the route of Indochino, I had read somewhere that "an Indochino suit is as good as the person who measures you for it."If you get your suit at the Westfarms Mall Nordstrom location and have Hunter do your measurements, you can expect an incredibly well fitting suit and some very candid and helpful advice when it comes to stylistic choices!

The West Hartford location does not hold a candle to the Greenwich location. My fiancee ordered his tux and my father ordered a suit for our wedding. The measurements were wrong, pants don't fit. The salesman ordered my fiancee a ruffled shirt when he specifically told them he does not want ruffles. Our wedding is in 5 weeks and this location has made this part of the process very stressful. They never answer their phone and honestly we don't ever want to go back. The staff need more training.We wish Chris from the Greenwich locatuon was closer to us. He nailed it every time.

Was sized by Diego for my suit. Came back as expected. When i lost weight they made all the needed adjustments and tailored it, came back great. Customer service I recieved was great and the suit was perfect.

Visited the West Hartford store ready willing and able to purchase two suits. Unfortunately the staff there (who had no other customers while I was there) wasn't prepared or able to assist me. They asked me to come back tomorrow because the only person who had the ability to measure was going to lunch. Unbelievably bad customer service.

I sent my own measurements in with help from my fiancee and they didn't come out well. I decided to go in to a showroom and West Farms was the closest to me.I was lucky enough to get scheduled with Mary. She started with a re-measurement but then decided on a total remake. She took her time to ensure the fit was perfect. Just amazing customer service, thank you again!

I have a suit that is being made for my sons wedding. My suit came in along with two shirts. None of them were right so while I was being fitted I upgraded to a better quality material after I was quoted an additional 175.00 from store associate Diego. I then received an invoice for 250.00. I went to the store and Mary and Nawira were very nice in trying to help me. My order showed that the new suit was 289.00 for the jacket and 179.00 for the pants. Nicole Lamar from corporate said the suit is 499.00 on the website even though Mary had sent her a copy of my order showing the 289 and 179 price for the suit. I was willing to pay the difference of 204 plus tax but she(Nicole) insisted I had the wrong price even after showing her my order. Nicole is not customer oriented while she is willing to lose not just my business but the rest of the wedding party as well. I do not recommend doing business with Indochino.

This company is a joke, the in house staff are very nice though. Went and got measured by a professional tailor and ordered the suit based on those measurements in early May 2021 for a wedding August 14th. The pants were no where near wearable, drove over an hour to there nearest location, on July 10th (that was there earliest appointment) for them to tell me that the pants have to be remade and takes at least 4 weeks, its currently July 28th and the pants are still in the production phase in China... My original suit got to me in less time... I'm the best man at this wedding and am currently scrambling spending hundreds of dollars to find pants that match my jacket because Indochinos quality control and horrendous turnaround time is utterly unacceptable. Here's the kicker in order to get an alteration they are only available mon-fri 8-5 literally the time anyone who where's a suit regularly is working! Thank you Indochinno for ruining this wedding experience... Oh and for the record the entire wedding party for the groomsmen has had the same experience!!!! I will also add that I NEVER write reviews, but this was such a flagrant lack of professionalism and overall customer satisfaction that I needed to say something. If you want an Indochino suit, order it three years in advance and be prepared to be disappointed at first and then go to 3 follow up fittings before you get the product you actually ordered, I guess, because I still haven't.Honestly Indochino if it wasn't for the fact that I needed this suit for the most important event in my best friends life I would have returned it for my money back but you claim a "fit guarantee", which i find hard to believe at this point. I'm beyond the point of asking for a refund because this events takes precedent over your lack of customer satisfaction, so now I have to eat the cost of this suit that is unwearable to this event.
