“Great place; I brought my car in after it was broken into. It was a cold, rainy day and needed to get the broken window replaced immediately. The glass was shattered all over the car floor and on all 4 seats. Dwight took the time to completely vacuum out my car, which I didn't expect and truly appreciated. I found D to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. Response times were very impressive. The price quotes and information given were accurate on all counts. Tonia is a delight, she worked quickly and seemlessly with my insurance company. Overall, I'm quite pleased with my experience here, I will highly recommend to friends and family and will return myself should the need arise. Wish 4.5 stars were an option and I would have rated 5, but one of the replacements parts has a chip in it. I asked D to file the sharp edges down, he did right away and repaired it as well as he could on the spot. I'm sure I could have arranged with D to have the part replaced, but I didn't want to put more time into the repair.”
“i had a crack in my double pain window and was waiting until it warmed up to bring it to the window shop because she told me it would take about ten days to have it fixed. but one night i was taking my dog for a walk and had my house key with me and i forgot to grab the flashlight and when i went to unlock the door i had grabbed the garage key instead of the house key. its 10 at night and no i did not have a key hidden outside. my phone was in the locked house so i could not call anyone so i got a ladder and broke the window so i could get in. i brought the window to the window shop and got it back quicker then i thought i would for a decent price. and yes I know have a spare key hidden so i will never lock myself out again.”
“I couldn't be more thankful. I've needed my muffler fixed for some time and I was quoted some astronomical prices , so bad in fact I tried to fix it myself! [I'm a nurse and professional cookie eater by trade . No mechanic skills]
Not only did they fix my muffler for 1/3 of the price quoted they also didn't make me feel bad for waiting so long to come in and for attempting to fix it myself. It felt like the way life in CT use to be with the " local mechanic" we all know an appreciate! I'm so thankful I know I can afford work if need be.”

for installation also.
