We came here with my boyfriend's mother last weekend. They were showing Polar Express and this theater is so tiny and cute. There is also a concession stand and I definitely would like to stop there again sometime.

The Cherish the Ladies show was thoroughly entertaining. Our front row seats allowed us to see the show up close and personal and the sound level from the stage speakers was fine. The theater looked great and we'll definitely be back.

Sacred Heart University bought a old movie theater downtown Fairfield brought it back to it's original grandeur a small venue of I'm guessing 300 to 400 seats gives you a very intimate feeling will definitely be going back there to see more acts the show was Tab Benoit with the Dirty Dozen Brass Band opening up for him

Beautiful theater and we’ve had no issues with the concerts we’ve seen there, but when we attend films, the sound is echoey and dialogue is often hard to understand. We have tried sitting different places but the problem persists, even with their recent projection upgrade.

Went here to see the Barbie movie during its second weekend. Really good crowd. They had a barbie floral wall outside in the front and there was lots of pink everywhere. I've never been to this theatre but it was very nice I can tell it's used for stage plays or other types of performances. The seats are a little snug for those with hips but at least there's cushion! Glad to see the university has a great location like this.

Loved everything about this theater with one exception... the seats. While the leg room is ample, the seats seem ergonomically incorrect in every way. Impossible to watch a movie here comfortably.

Have enjoyed movies & multiple concerts at SHU theater. Fantastically convenient to restaurants/ pubs. Never disappoints, always an enjoyable evening

This was my first time at this theatre although I pass by it at least weekly, squinting to see the upcoming events on the Marquee sign. Nostalgic, intimate space which seats 400 and is used for live concerts, theatrical and educational productions, and movie showings (according to SHU website).It is a most lovely venue, modern yet reminiscent of the past. I don't think there is a bad seat in the house. Fairfield is fortunate to have this venue for its variety of programming. Staff was friendly and helpful, there is a concession area, and restrooms were extremely clean.I thought everything about it was great and would most recommend a visit.

Such a lovely theater! We saw the new Indiana Jones movie here and it was wonderful.
