The post road locations ATM has been broken for months!!! I come here once a week and 4 out of 5 times I have to go inside because the ATM doesn’t work. When it does work it doesn’t even give you options for different bills. The state St location in Bridgeport has no outside ATM and you closed the best location at Grasmere Ave in Fairfield where the nice ATMs were. Please figure it out.

Was told it would take 1 hour to set up a business account and I would have to make an appt. No thanks, I'll stick to TD Bank down the street. Much nicer and quicker!

I get excellent help every time I am there. Staff is supper friendly. This place is supper clean and sterile. Unlike back of America I felt they need to open the window and clean better.

Just wanted to express my experience at chase in Fairfield CT post rd branch location.Appointment was set to open two separate business accounts,I set an appointment as I was instructed by the branch in Fairfield, i went in provided all LLC documents and employer tax I.d, the teller Alisa Kolenovic opened the first account then when she needed my signature on the form I brought to her attention that there was an error on my spelling investments ?? That i did not have an S at the end of the investment , so she continued to disagree that she did not make a mistake and that it was an error on my part that under the state it has an S, i said it’s impossible, you have all my paperwork on the creation and nothing has an S, so she continued to refused that it was not an error on her part and that it was an error on my end, I even called my lawyer while I’m standing at the tellers window and my attorney confirm my paperwork was correct so after getting no where, i decided not to sign the account paperwork under investments , rather I asked to speak to a manager but her response was she was a manager, so I replied to get someone else as a manager, she first stated that no other manager was in the office, after few more minutes of frustration and demanding to speak with anyone else, Tonia Jones approached the tellers area which she had been listening to the conversation before it got bad but refused to get involved but finally approached the area and from the start her first words was “she asked what is the problem “ you would think especially after hearing the whole conversation she would of handled the situation a little different maybe consider a formal introduction and an apology and to take the matters with her working directly with me, but instead she choose an avenue that was less pleasant and unprofessional, even after explaining to Tonia Jones my frustration, concern and mistrust she failed to lead and handle a business customer in a more professional manner instead her final words was that it was a human error and that it happens often! Not the words you want to choose when your opening two ! 2 Business accounts with close to half million dollars “ oops it happens “ This was a huge mistake in management and not properly caring for their clients. It is beyond simple error that could of been corrected at minimum level of customer service even a weak manager would of reviewed the document , a sincere apology and move forward.Instead even after myself the customer points out “ investments LLC “investments with an S HAS A DIFFERENT ADDRESS BELONGS TO A MARIA AND THE TAX I.d is also different,! What a horrible nightmare experience with the way Tonia Jones handle this situation.

I've banked at this location for over 15 years. The representatives have been nothing but helpful for that time. I highly recommend Chase and this location in particular. Any complaints you see are likely from people who don't know how to read the Terms of Service.

Chase Bank will close your account after 3 to 6 months. They don't want business customers, they just want people that deposit their 9 to 5 paycheck once a week, and hope that they overdraft account twice or more a month. ANYTHING you do that is not cookie cutter citizen, they will assume you are a terrorist, drug lord, money launderer, etc, and close your account. Don't waste your time opening an account with these lapdogs of U.S. regulators. Support your local credit unions instead.
