The prices are extremely high. Pants can be $11 + and shirts $20+. Dishes are also priced high. What ever happened to reasonable prices? I have never seen any other Goodwill so overly priced. It is to bad because I know people who will no longer shop there because of the high prices.

Clothes are too high for worn things.

The store manager of this location literally needs to be fired! Half the store is an absolute disaster and he does nothing but stand around “supervising”. Quite literally does nothing! Doesn’t help his employees at all! Every time I’m in there I notice him almost following me around which is super weird and uncomfortable especially because I’m in there at least once a week. I’m extremely passionate about second hand and sustainability so I do still shop here as it is right down the street from my home and I can occasionally find good deals because I hunt for them but if I could, I would have our entire town boycott this goodwill. Once I heard the manager talking to a customer who he must have known personally and she was holding up a blouse in disbelief that it was marked $20, he laughed it off saying “oh shut up, you can afford it”. The price gouging at this location is actually absurd! They should be forced to follow suit of the goodwill family stores and have set prices for all items. Clearly this manager and his team don’t understand that second hand stores are supposed to be affordable to help our economy. I personally had applied twice at this location for an assistant manager position as I have a gleaming resume in retail management and second hand experience. Didn’t even get a call back…which I am now thinking may be due to my resume being too good and him being worried that he wouldn’t have been able to take advantage of his position working along side someone who was so experienced. I’ve been wanting to write a review about this goodwill for a while now but the $40 crusty Stanley cup with no straw locked in the pig pen of a case put me over the edge today! Typical case of someone who is so out of touch with society but thinks they know best. It’s a shame really. That Stanley cost $40 brand new! The one you have is dirty and missing pieces get a grip! Please I am begging anyone who has read this far to not ever donate your unwanted goods to this goodwill!

Great place to drop off recycled household items and clothing. Very convenient drop-off. Drive up and pop your trunk, and they will take care of it.

I used to visit this Goodwill weekly and stopped due to the enormous price increases. I was in the area and decided to stop by today. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Items with Dollar Tree stickers marked $4, dishwasher damaged Pyrex for $16, Hallmark ornament priced $8, used, worn Old Navy and Walmart clothing priced at $12-14.99! Do they realize Walmart and Old Navy don't even charge that much for items!? I also heard an employee telling a customer all the good stuff gets sent in for auction. I'm not sure who's in charge of pricing here but if you're looking for fair prices and good quality items don't waste your time.

The items here are a bit overpriced. People shop here to get a deal.

Really overpriced..a small usb salt lamp I bought brand new at Marshall's for $8 is being sold used for $15...lots of other items priced the same way. The clothes and shoes are nicely organized then they have some items that aren't worth much locked up in a glass cabinet.
If you read their responses to these reviews they say the same thing for years...it's the same scripted response. That shows me they have no intention of fixing the issue.

A little overpriced for used clothes. They usually run out of the nice ones quickly.

The amount of foul language coming from the back room is appalling. There’re was male associate talking loud about his hatred towards ethnic groups and the lgbtq community. How a business can employ people of hate is beyond my comprehension. Shame on you goodwill.
