After having several issues with H&R Block for years, and being quoted a "rough" estimate of a $200 processing fee (not married, student, one job and insurance, no dependents, no assets, and no for so many of their questions), I decided to try JH.Don is the best tax agent I have had thus far. He took time to explain the material and information, which I have never had. He also answered my questions in a manner I could comprehend while providing additional details. Don made me feel safe with such an important and stressful process. We chatted the whole time like friends, and he made sure I was comfortable with everything before paying.I would highly recommend his service to others and will be returning next year.*It might be helpful for others to know that he was trained at H&R Block previously but furthered his training in the past decade to his current position.
