False advertising. Current advertised online pricing online is not honored. Call somewhere else if you're looking for clear pricing and quick services, gonna report to FTC and CT Dept of Consumer Protection because they refuse to honor the pricing currently advertised.

Took my dog here to get neutered and it was so easy and convenient. He recovered very quickly. Will definitely be bringing my other dog once they have availability.

The instructions were very explicit for how to do of your pet and pick them up. I was able to follow them and pulled up to drop off my pet in front of their door. They came right out and took my pet. They called to say she was ready and review instructions and payment with me. They were pleasant, polite, knowledgeable and professional. My cat healed well and came home without an issue. Highly recommend POA Spay in East Hartford.Price was also reasonable and they gave her shots she needed to at no extra cost.UNFORTUNATELY no pictures.Thank you POA!

I have had 4 pets spay/neutered there. Always been friendly and kind to my pet and myself. Had zero problems after surgery. And they r very concerned with pets comfort during recovery.

I had my dog spayed here 2 weeks ago. The only difficulty was getting an appointment but eventually one opened up, and I was able to snag it. The drop off and pick up process was easy. The staff were very friendly and made me feel at ease. It has now been the full 2 weeks post-op and my dog is fully healed with no complications. I would definitely recommend this place!! Thank you so much!

So pleased with our pups nuter. I was kinda scared because of the discounted price, and the fact that your not allowed in with your pet. But the incision was clean and he's healing nicely. Instructions were clear plus everything was emailed in case I forgot. A relaxant was offered for reasonable price. Cone included. And no surprise fees. Drop off and pick up was simple and fairly quick. I would recommend. Just look daily online for open appointments.

Pissed I told them not to trim my dogs nails for "free" they did it anyway and they didn't need to be done and cut into 3 of his quicks
