“Rebecca was amazing!! She helped me in 20 minutes and I was out of the store. She was so freindly and helpful - it made a huge difference when I just had the most terrible customer experience of my life at Buckland Hills Mall the week and a half prior; I've never been treated so terribly. I would only go to this store again!! She was also the only employee in the store, which is wild. She could have let me wait but at one point she was juggling the people before me and still started helping me. I'm sure she deserves a raise.”

“I accidentally dropped my cell phone, sustaining a small crack! Yikes. I went to this cell phone store, right in my neighborhood. The proprietor told me a new glass for my phone was $80 minimum. He then showed me a glass he placed on the glass that was cracked. It fit perfectly, and protected phone. I said ok, how much. He said, "On the house." Good people are everywhere, they are quietly helping others. Thank you HITec.”
