I have gone here several times including yesterday and it is closed. It is supposed to be open according to the posted hours. A 20 mile drive for nothing! Very annoying and no explanation even posted on the doors.

My go to place after service at Crossroads Community Cathedral. They always have what I need to make my outdoors beautiful ? The price of their products are better than the other garden supplies I've used.

Worst customer service experience ever. Went inside ask the cashier where specific plants were response was well it’s outside you’ll have to look.

Will not accept return with receipt,purchased the day before,not opened,not worn.The excuse was-it's a seasonal item.Tried to find higher up to talk to but they said no managers at the store.They said there was a sign at the register,who reads every little sign they put up?Just another way to mistreat a customer.If they have cheated enough people maybe our many voices will be heard.We can pickett the store until they change the policy.

A lot of really cool things, but I felt a little unwelcomed. They said that they aren't typically open this time of year and almost seemed annoyed that I stopped in to make a purchase.

I would like to respond to the negative review which was given today. Honestly, I was not rude to anyone. That is not my nature. Unfortunately, it is the store policy not to return an item that cannot be resold and had been opened and used. The product was not defective. It is returning a product that is unsaleable. I would never treat anyone disrepectfully. My worker was repremanded for his behavior. I do not condone this behavior. Something could have been worked out that was fair on both ends. That, I did try to do. To no avail. I, myself, would never try to return something that had been used and expect my monies back just because I give the company business. It is somewhat of a two way street and I believe everything has a way or working out for all. We could have come to a mutual solution to this. And, we still can. I apologize that it has escalated to this. Katie

My mother was treated HORRIBLY by the owner Katie and the man she hired to work there. We have been customers for over 10 years and this was our first time returning something. We had purchased a bag of birdseed that was bad and the man at the register yelled at my 80 year old Mother asking who she thought she was returning birdseed and he threw it in the garbage refusing to refund her. I would NOT recommend going here as these are not good people!
